Wichita’s westside Kohl’s, in between Kellogg Drive and Taft. There’s two things I recognize this business for, Amazon returns and clothing, and this location doesn’t do either very well. The return kiosk for Amazon is a pain to locate an associate for and is constantly moving spots in the building - it’s been moved again since I last took these photos. As for the store itself, I only go here if it’s a last resort, mainly because the coupons given to me after every return and that are constantly being mailed to me are a straight up scam. I’ve wasted too much time learning the hard way of how the best brands in the store are off limits for discounts, and my most recent stop was for a quick set of clothes and even while avoiding all recognizable brands, I was still denied use of the coupon on my items. I don’t need discounts to shop somewhere but I also definitely don’t need my time wasted. Again, the coupons for this business are a scam to get people to the registers with products only to deny them of using the discount, and the employees are so burnt out on explaining this that they come off as disgruntled about the subject. I cannot recommend this location unless there’s nowhere closer to send back packages or to get some last minute clothing.

Great values at Kohl’s Oct. 7, 2023! Lots of choices and store well stocked and neat and organized for ease in finding sizes! Deals, deal, deals so that my merchandise was only 1/3 original cost using Kohl’s Cash and coupon thru email and general mark downs together. Helpful associates and quick check out due to plenty of cashiers!

I went to Kohl's to return an item to Amazon. Kohl's is a drop for Amazon returns. As soon as I walked in the door a Kohl's employee greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was there for a Amazon return. She told me to follow her and she scanned the return and then gave me some Kohl's coupons. That was it. In and out in about 3 minutes. Excellent customer service and support.

Kohl's sales used to be a little better, and bigger selection of sale items. We went today to find clothes for family pictures, but the majority of the sale items were holiday clothes, baby Yoda Christmas, Hanuka, and star wars Christmas. They had a few nice men's shirts but they were $60, buy 1 get one 1/2 off. $90 for 2 shirts is too much.
Their swimming suits were cute but $30-$40 for each piece or $60 for a 1 piece. I know swimsuits are pricey, but it's kohls.

Always great sales and unique finds. Not the same brands as other big box stores. Clean and well organized. When mother in law can find everything she wants for her new great grandchild in one stop shopping, and she knows it won't be the same as anyone else's gift - priceless! Bonus, both men's and woman's rest rooms were clean. Kohl's cash always puts a smile on everyone's face.

I returned one of several items and, upon return, was told my kohl's cash was still good. After trying on and looking for an hour the cashier said the kohls cash was no good. My last kohl's cash expired by one day and they would not accept it. This time customer service said it was good 10 days past expired. Often if you ask a question they will just direct you to look and purchase online. Awful customer service and poor training. Kohl's appears to be moving toward an online business model.
