We started as guests to a birthday party here June 2024, and they offer every kid a free week to come check it out. My son fell in love. Not only do they teach self defense and how to protect themselves, they also teach how to get away from predators which unfortunately is needed in this world now a days. The gym is beyond clean; the owners are absolutely wonderful, and the kids that help with classes are so mature, knowledgeable and awesome (shout out to noah!) in just five months the transformation in my son has been absolutely positive experience, he wants to help around the house, he’s become more respectful, and we’re working on focus now. I just can’t thank Kirk’s enough. They welcomed us like family, and have continued to treat us like family and you can’t always find that in a gym! I recommend this gym to any kid especially adhd kids who need some help staying still and focusing their energy into something positive. This is the place where all are welcomed at whatever level they walked in the door at.

Great place! The staff and owners create a great environment for kids to learn. More than just self defense, my kid is learning discipline, motivation, self esteem, etc. Since joining, we’ve seen our daughter be less shy, speak up for herself, be more independent and assertive. We are so happy to have become part of this family!

I joined Krav Classes about 3 months ago and I am so happy I did it, in this short time I have been able to learn a lot and one of the things I love about them is that they make you feel so welcome since day one. It is a great community, and I would recommend it to any one especially woman who want to learn self-defense!

What a great place to learn how to safely defend yourself and get away from a bad situation. Practicing for "What if?" is the smartest way to protect yourself and the ones in your life you care the most about. Kirk's Martial Arts has something for any age and any skill level. Totally recommend!!

This is the BEST training I've EVER had! Everything from the physical, to the psychological - even the emotional aspects of who I am are being developed in ways I thought would never be possible. Before finding Kirk's, I was on my way to train in ways that would absolutely destroy me as a person in the worse ways possible. Don't get me wrong, the training is absolutely challenging, it's not easy, but their philosophies help build you up in ways that it will have you reflect on some of your worse/traumatic times, and use it to be more than you could ever imagine. From day one, they treat you with respect. Day two, more like an adopted family member. Day three, you get a nickname. Day four, you're expected to be consistent. Day five, you personally feel like you belong. Day six, you feel like you're family! I'm getting more understanding and skill enhancement from here than I ever thought possible. Anne and Ernie know what they're doing!! Trust them as you trust the process! Lol and it's not "just" exercise!

I absolutely love the classes I have so much fun, and it’s a great opportunity for anyone to learn to defend themselves . I highly recommend this school especially for women. Don’t be scared or nervous the community is great and I feel so safe and respected here. I can’t wait to heal up from surgery to be back and active again

My 11 year old grandson will be testing for his black belt this December. He loves attending class and he enjoys working the other kids and instructors. He made some good friends in the process. The instructors really work well with all kinds of kids personalities. If you want your child to learn good morals, discipline, protection skills, and have fun doing it this is where you want to go. Thank you Mr. Ernie and Miss Anne.

My son joined Kirk's 6 months ago and we can't speak highly enough of this establishment. Miss Anne is not only a phenomenal instructor, but a great role model that teaches the children self-defense, structure and most importantly, respect. I highly recommend Kirk’s!
