Well I have been training for about 2 weeks and yes my body was aching but well worth it. My trainer is very professional and works with me as far as my weekly schedule. He is consistently motivating me to push threw the pain to get to my goal. Also he's very knowledgeable of the techniques that he has taught me so that I may be aware of my surroundings and how to handle myself when/ if it is necessary. Who knew I can wipe kick?. As a woman I feel confident and safe being trained in K.A.N.A.

First day of training was good the instructor went over different techniques with us and each technique he studied us seeing what we needed to work on or do Different then he'll show us the proper way.

I need work on lot of things with the instructor I got I'm very confidence that he will get us to where we need to be.

It was a great workout and self defense training. The trainers were nice, friendly, and willing to take out the time to make sure you learned the technique. I would definitely recommend them.
