Had an amazing experience here with sales associate Christy!! Walked in on a whim having never heard of Journelle and she made me feel so at home and comfortable! Tried on dozens of sets, tons of sizes available, Christy helped fit me to a true size! Wasn’t planning on necessarily buying anything, but Christy was so amazing I walked out the door with a new set 🙂 would go back thanks to her expertise, kindness, and patience.

Such a positive experience at Journelle on Damen — quick, easy, super pleasant. Christy helped me into exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about sizing and fit. I liked what she found for me so much that I bought it in multiple colors. Honestly, this is the only way to shop for bras. Will be back for sure.

Cannot recommend Jess and Journelle enough! Went in with my mom on whim, no expectations to find anything, and left with two sets of lingerie that I absolutely love and feel so feminine and confident in. You haven’t been properly sized until you’re sized at Journelle, trust me! I’m so excited to wear the sets I purchased and to purchase more! Thanks so much to Jess for all of her help and recommendations because I wouldn’t have tried half the items or sizes she picked on my own and I loved everything she chose, and how everything fit - would not have had as great of an experience without her!

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Christy was able to tell my size just from a glance - I misspoke and told her it was one size, and she said "oh I would have thought you were [correct size]!" They had plenty of stock in my size (which can be hard to find) and a very well-organized and beautifully appointed storefront.

This is the most amazing store. They had successfully fitted my daughter for a bra in the past so we knew we could count on them. We had an event she was getting dressed for and needed a bra at the last minute. Kristy was so helpful, we called ahead and she had all of these amazing options for us. Every neighborhood should have a store like this. I highly recommend it.
