I would have loved to go inside the store, but it has never been open when I arrive. Their office hours posted are never acknowledged by the workers in the store. I have been to this store on three different occasions and each time the door is locked and they are closed. The first time was close to closing but the lights were already off. The next time was an hour prior to closing the and the lady was behind the counter and said she had to leave early. The last time was 30 minutes prior to closing as she yelled at the door we’re closed. My wife fired back what are your hours and she said we are closed. We have no reason to ever go back until this store can post actual hours or get rid of the employee that don’t want to work.

I'd give this place a 0 star if I could. My partner and I have come here multiple times and have always been nothing but nice to the workers there. Usually, they were nice back, until our last visit. The manager got angry with us for using the wrong door (our fault but nonetheless, very rude) and the cashier eyed us the entire time, asking us if we needed help way too many times. Didn't ask if we were reward members (we both are) and got the transaction done extremely fast, no small talk. We noticed single people going into the store and not being harassed, as well as straight couples, but as a visually queer couple we were watched like we were going to steal something or do something. Very discriminatory behavior. Never going back; suggest queer folk steer clear.

The 2 lady employees made me and my partner uncomfortable, they followed us around and asked us if they could help us 6 times as we browsed, actually kept an eye on us, I finally told the lady we weren't stealing cause it was obvious we were being discriminated. Decent stuff, could use more male lingerie. We bought a little outfit and then went to Facinations where we had a FAR more lovely experience. Im not going back to Hustler.

My personal knowledge of this store was with my family member to buy personal gifts for their 29th Anniversary/Valentine's Day gifts. I have never & don't personally shop here. But what I will add is the awesome customer service skills the staff represents and the knowledge of their products..how they work, how they are happy and enjoy their jobs and personal knowledge of their products. They offer great discounts when you join their loyalty program. This store has everything my Sis needed. She even bought items after she was done shopping because of how pleased she actually was. I can honestly say that this is a great store for your bedroom buduois as a couple or just to spice up your relationship with your spouse. Ladies we always have to keep it interesting, but if you are blessed to have a Man/Woman who loves you very much..more wonderful and blessed you are. Happy shopping to you guys out there. Thank you Hustler Hollywood for making my family's shopping experience the very best. She'll definitely be coming back more often. ?

It was how it's expected to be, regarding the high, never affordable, out of reach prices of their inventory. It was set up well. The staff were polite and they weren't too pushy. They had a wide selection of most types of similar items. The parking closest to the door difficult to walk through, considering the passenger's on the right, have to walk around and behind their cars, into the path of cars pulling in, parking, reversing, and driving out of the parking lot, in every spot, including the disabled parking spots. I left without making a purchase, because of the high prices of the inventory.

I brought my partner here in October and was followed around the whole time by the assistant manager. We didn’t end up buying anything and going to a different store. I came in to pick up a gift and was harassed again by the assistant manager. She asked for my ID even though she didn’t ask the person who came in behind me for one and held my item while she did not do so for the other customer. I don’t appreciate the blatant discrimination and I’d rather drive up the road 20 minutes to go to the sensations which treated me much kinder

I purchased an item that was defective. I attempted to return it but was informed that they don't accept returns. (Not even on defective items.) The young lady pointed and said "there's a little sign right over there that says all sales are final." She was right. It was indeed a little sign, and nowhere near the cash register. I guess I should have wandered all over the store looking at every little sign I could find before making a purchase. Now I remember why I go to Amazon, where I've never had a problem with a return.
