Fast paced store. Lots of nice things but missing employees to keep it organized. The sales associate team go beyond to help and make sure you feel the assistance. Everyone very helpful. The prices on the tag it’s not great to be a outlet store and are not worth a long drive unless there is a promotion going on.

I'm honestly questioning if this is a real Hugo Boss store. I bought a suit on October 21st around 6:30 PM (just before closing at 7 PM). I tried on three suits, all of which I was told had a 40% discount. I chose one, but since the size wasn’t quite right, the salesperson brought a suit from the back. When I checked the receipt later, I noticed that the discount hadn’t been applied to this one.

The next morning at 10 AM, I went back to the store to return it. To my surprise, the manager informed me that they don’t accept returns — only vouchers. Even worse, since the tailor was about to start resizing the pants, they wouldn’t issue a voucher either. After some hours, I picked up the suit in a plain paper bag with no logo and in a generic plastic covering, which seemed odd for a Hugo Boss store.

Overall, very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and transparency, especially from a premium brand like Hugo Boss. Would not recommend this location if you’re looking for authentic service or clear policies.

Wento the store and bought a shirt ( 11/17/24 less than a month and it didnt fit me.. cameback to exchange it for another size the assistant manager yodelkis which she lied saying that she was the store manager... (lorena is the store manager) said that i washed ( lies) it does not fit me ( real reason) the customer service was horrible and rude.... i guess yodelkis is there offering 0% help to customers and being rude is her common denominator!!

Please i would like to fix this awful situation!!! Please want to be contacted!!

An embarrassment to customer service by Hugo Boss staff at Sawgrass outless. The customer service received by Hugo (a salesman) and a cashier (who I failed to ask for his name) were the poorest ever received. The cashier actually did not want to make me a file and on top of that when I insisted he filled out the information as he pleased (stating how and where i am to receive promotional information). He said and I quote " it's ok now, there is a long line behind you". I informed him that I too waited to be served and now it was my time to be served, he can either give me that time or bring in a second cashier as there was only one cashier open. Unfortunately, he didn't even budge nor apologize nor nothing!!!! How do brands like this hire and train their staff

Scammers ) 40% discount entire store. After cashier took a product it was counted with a discount and after she cancelled that discount and told us : it’s not for every item. If it was like that then this discount wasn’t applied right away after she started.

Я меняю свою оценку! Жена купила мне в подарок спортивный костюм, но по работе я долго не приезжал домой, чтобы получить подарок и померить его. Когда я приехал домой мне он понравился, но ни в штанах ни на кофте не было ни одного кармана который закрывался бы на замок. Я сказал ей чтобы она сдала его так как это не практично и всё будет выпадать и теряться из карманов. Но они не вернули деньги а сказали что могут только поменять на что-то другое или дать подарочную карту.

The store has a great selection from this brand and the staff is very helpful. Chris was amazing and very knowledgeable about style and fit. Come se him when you visit the store! You won’t go wrong
