Le magasin est vraiment superbe et design. Il faut absolument le visiter. Si vous êtes de passage sur Las Vegas il y a beaucoup de produits. Le Personnel est très sympa
Le magasin est calme et on peut prendre le temps de découvrir les produits que l’on souhaite recommander fondement.

The most welcoming Hermes store on the strip! I’m so glad I met Julio and Theresa to purchase my first Hermes items. Working with Theresa was pleasant and she really took her time with me. Although I don’t live in the area I will sure shop there when I’m in town!

Very bad experience I felt very uncomfortable with the saleswomen I just left the store a couple minutes ago. She was helping me on the third floor with the sleeper size. I didn’t get her name because she never started with her name. When anyone walks in to a brand like this store you have to be nice enough In order to gain this customer rather than losing two sales in the spot as what happened today. She was very rude and kept on rolling her eyes as she was doing a favor to get my the size I want not what she thinks. When I said I feel it’s big she took the boxes and walked away with an attitude. Never coming back to this store. I really hope the manger sees this post to take in into a consideration because it’s very unprofessional and a shame for a place like this.

Wonderful experience and great selection on both floors with amazing service. Ask for Teresa. She was attentive, patient, kind and friendly. Location is perfect near the entrance of Toca Madera, Aria tram stop.We had a few minutes before a dinner reservation and she quickly wrapped our packages beautifully. I am so pleased that she found exactly what I wanted. The next day I returned because of a suggestion Teresa gave me and she treated me with a great smile and a hug. Quality is unrivaled and I will definitely be back for every visit to Vegas and recommend to my friends and family.

I'd love to tell you about my experience as a first time Hermes buyer. It's a brand I've always wanted to own but could only just recently afford. Twice now I've stepped into the Hermes in the Bellagio. Each time I was ignored. This time I wandered down to the Crystal Shops and came in with my daughter Naomi. We were greeted by Allison so warmly I had to stop to tell her thank you for the kind hello. I told her that she was exception. She showed us a selection of bangle enamel bracelets, let us try them on and gave us great info on a vintage bracelet that my daughter got resale previously. Allison identified it by name and year. It was fun discovering it's history. We decided on 2 bracelets, and then picked out a Twilly. All that time Allison was patient and fun. We moved into parfums and scents. She suggested the small 4 pack of mix and match scents so that we could choose a variety rather and just one large one. We checked out with Allison and she wrapped all of our new purchases, gave us samples and told us how she's been with Hermes for 16 years. I appreciate that Hermes still carries pieces that the non uber rich can afford. The only other brand that I love as much, Chanel, has recently priced me out if it's market. I'm not their target audience, or at least I'm much, much further from it now. Thank you Allison and Hermes for giving me a luxury experience while in Vegas without making me feel awkward just for being in the store.

Edgar was phenomenal so kind and patient! I got the perfume I wanted and my first Hermes wallet I love the color of the wallet definitely happy with my choice ! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Definitely Will remember it forever since it was our first in Vegas !

Our first-ever visit to this Hermes store was truly unforgettable. Alex’s patient demeanor and expertise were evident as he took the time to understand our preferences and needs. Alex guided us to some exquisite ready-to-wear pieces and shoes. Alex went above and beyond by surprising my wife with a special bag her birthday. I received the rare opportunity to indulge in a luxurious and tailored experience, one that was only made possible because of Alex’s dedication and this particular store’s connections. With Alex’s assistance, I explored a selection of rare leather pieces and found items that perfectly suited my style.

I have been shopping here for over two years. sadly had to change SA since my SA got promoted to a manager. I was lucky enough to get a noir birkin 25 in togo and mini Kelly bleu sapphire in box leather.
LET ME CLARIFY, I DID NOT GET THOSE BAGS WITHOUT ANY PRESPEND. all the 1star reviews talk about poor service, not being able to get a bag but what do you expect? it doesnt make that you can pay for any bag with cash, for Hermes it is about the relationship and passion for the brand and not to show everyone you have a firkin/kelly.
