I stumbled on this place and went in for a fitting on a whim. For years I’ve wanted to get a proper fitting and have owned very few bras, that were also cheap. I had a phenomenal experience getting fitted and finding amazing bras I loved very quickly. I learned that in addition to my bras being cheap and old I’ve been wearing two sizes too small for over a decade. I feel tangible, visceral relief now that I have high quality bras that fit me properly. I didn’t realize how uncomfortable I was! It’s already making a huge difference in my quality of life. The bras are pricey but in my opinion worth the investment. Especially if your real size combo is harder to find in a typical department store. I am so grateful and relieved to have found this place and gotten help so quickly!! I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner.

Bought a couple bras today… may I say I read energy and from the moment I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed. I asked for help the lady just kinda didn’t seem interested and annoyed to help as if maybe I wasn’t gonna spend as much money as the older lady who walked in who she seemed a lot more pleasant with. I see where the bad reviews come from THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bra I bought I love but the attitude and the uninterested vibe I got idk if I’ll return . Good luck lady how about you smile and be a bit more welcoming to your customers and I promise your business would thrive a bit more. Very bias here

My mother, grandmother, and I are well endowed women who have limited options for places which we can purchase undergarments and more specifically bras. I myself have had several fitting at the store. The attention and care that I have received in the past was not the same as the attention and care which I was given today. My mother and I made appointments for both of us to be fitted which, again, had previously been a positive experience. As we walked to the fitting rooms my mother stated that due to finances we would likely only be purchasing one bra for me that day. Because of this the store owner did not offer my mother a fitting room in spite of the appointment being for both fittings. There was an exchange in which my mom insisted on being fitted. My mother is neurologically handicapped due to her medical history and is easily confused and frustrated. It is understandable that this might have agitated the owner and I believe that it did because the fitting after this interaction for especially my mother but also me seemed more or less cold, robotic, and rushed, which was a far cry from the way which I remember being treated during previous visits. I am under the assumption that because the owner believed that we would be unable to make a larger purchase, our time and patronage was less important and not prioritized in spite of the appointment which we had made. When other individuals (who may or may not have had appointments) entered the store I was left in the fitting room with no inquiry as to weather I cared for the style or fit of the bra. When I exited the fitting room and expressed interest in purchasing another bra I was met with a little more warmth but when I was trying to get the attention of the owner to inquire about a third bra I found it difficult to do so. I feel as though the service which I received today, in its extreme variation to what I have experienced in the past, was at least partially due to economic discrimination. Even if my mother may have not been able to spend a significant amount of money today that does not mean that we would not have potentially made larger future purchases given that we are RETURNING customers. Personally after my ,frankly, hurtful and even somewhat belittling experience today I am unsure if I will continue to be a returning customer.

This used to be a decent place to buy bras but my experience today has changed because of the way I was treated. I purchased two bras one was in store and the other I had to order because they didn’t have the color I wanted.when I received my bra it wasn’t the right one so I took it back and she supposedly had ordered the correct one. When it finally came after waiting 3 weeks it still wasn’t correct and when I took it back to the store and when I explained to her my frustration I was met with rage because I wanted my money back had she been upfront and honest and said they don’t carry the color I wanted the first time I would’ve just got one bra . This is not the way you conduct business. It’s very upsetting because I didn’t get what I paid for and was lied to about it . It’s all about honesty with a paying customer and because of how unprofessional she was she lost a customer. Do better and treat paying customers with respect. Someway to treat customers I’m sure your late sister wouldn’t be happy with the way you’re running the business she started . Have a blessed day

I made an appointment for a fitting. I had a great experience and for once I feel like I finally fit into a bra. Jackie is really great at what she does. She also offered affordable but beautiful and well fitting bras. I can’t wait to go back as I have my eye on a delicate set that I must make mine.

*Life Changing*
I decided to visit 'Her Underthings' when I retired in early 2024. Jackie picked out a few bras which I loved and purchased. I asked about pullover bras with no hooks. She introduced me to Evelyn Bobbie bras. That was a pivotal moment !! Amazing comfort, plenty of support and a smooth stylish fit - on my well endowed figure. I have since been back two times to purchase more Evelyn Bobbie because of the compliments received when wearing them. "You look so much slimmer since you retired." (Happy dance ... no weight-loss ... new bras) I then purchased two sets of Cosabella pajamas. They too exceeded my expectations and I now have a set for each day of the week.

Ladies, invest in yourself. Jackie at Her Underthings changed my life, seriously. All your purchases are kept on your account so it is easy to ask "what was the underwire bra I purchased 6 months ago?"

I made an appointment for an afternoon fitting & had an amazing experience here!!! It wasn’t crowded (there were literally only 2 other customers). I finally feel like I have a bra that does what it’s supposed to do. Jackie is very professional, patient, & knowledgeable. She was so helpful & answered all of my questions with no judgement. The way she measured & then put on each bra to try was incredibly dignified & didn’t make you feel gawked at, poked at, or in the way. This is the only bra/intimates place I’ve been to in the area that doesn’t make bigger girls feel like a spectacle & is also trauma-informed in the way fittings are done! SA/DV survivors, plus-size girlies, anyone with body image issues, or anyone without a woman role model to teach about bras—- this is definitely a friendly space for you! Will absolutely be coming back here!!!
