Helly Hansen is easily my favorite brand and I purchase from them online frequently. The employees at the boutique store are the complete opposite of respectful, attentive, or helpful. I couldn't even ask a question without getting cut-off mid-sentence with a curt reply about how the employees working the store couldn't be bothered to help. I will continue to buy Helly Hansen but I would never recommend buying from the HH boutique in Vail. (PS They don't honor online sale prices in-store either).

Patti was an unbelievable help!! Her knowledge of the product was second to none. She even brought out product that was out of season for me to look at that she thought might be a good choice. I would recommend visiting this store. I've been a Helly Hansen fan for a very long time, and will be heading back to this store whenever I need new gear.
