I’ve been shopping at H-E-B for years now, and I have to say, it’s been a real blessing for me, especially since I’m getting up in age. They’ve got such a friendly staff who are always ready to help carry my groceries out to the car, and they even offer curbside pickup, which I use a lot. The aisles are wide, and I can easily get around with my walker, which I appreciate. Their selection of fresh produce and bakery items is wonderful, and I love that they have some of the best prices around. Plus, the pharmacy team is always so helpful when I need my prescriptions. I feel taken care of every time I go there.

Never heard of HEB until I moved to TX but WOW love this store. Fresh products, awesome variety, store is stocked well, always clean and customer service is great. The only problem that they should fix is upgrading their payment to tap/ Apple Pay like Kroger and many other stores have.

Love the fact that’s like Whole Foods but better. Meat dept and the cooking connection are my favorite parts of the store and the BBQ section in the middle.

Love this H‑E‑B! We drive 30+ minutes each week to come to this exact location, and it is well worth the drive. We find a new reason to love it each time we visit, and it has made grocery shopping something to look forward to.

Only complaint would be the lack of poke bowls. There is never enough.
HR Manager of this location, if you see this, PLEASE hire another sushi chef for the weekends!

HEB Burleson Curbside, do better. There’s absolutely NO reason the pickup line should be wrapped around the whole parking lot. This causes issues for people coming in and out of the parking lot because no one can get where they need to go. A huge safety concern.

I've been to several H-E-B stores, and they are always clean with great products. This was my first visit to this location in Burleson. It was chaotic from the moment I walked in with people and carts all over the place. It was a complete mess in most of the aisles. Many shelves were low in stock. Employees were in a poor mood and in most of the aisles, but at least they were staying very busy and not talking or wasting time (I'm looking at you Walmart.) Step one in any store is to visit the bathrooms. This one was disgusting and in need of repair. This alone dropped it from a three star to a two star. The inventory in the seasonal and home decorating areas was scarce with drinks and food left everywhere. This speaks more to the customers, but the staff could do a better job of making sure their areas are tidy. The plus part was not worth it, but honestly, it wasn't the season for plants and such, so I can't hold that against them. Much to be improved upon.

There is so much to like about HEB. First you have some of the best customer service of any grocery store chain or should I say friendliest. Your produce is definitely one of the freshest anywhere along with your bakery items. The thing I don't like is waiting in line on any Saturday or Sunday. I guess being one of the best grocery stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area has a drawback, too many people like you too much. Always have to wait in line on a Saturday or Sunday ? I guess if the other grocery stores did a better job there wouldn't be such along lines here. That's the only reason I gave you four stars.

My wife and I love shopping for groceries here all the time! We had a budget friendly wedding that we loved. People were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our wedding cake. We trusted them with our vision and they exceeded our expectations. We recommend to shop here and consider hiring them.
