This place is hands down my go-to for Bun Bo Hue! Even though I’m on a low-carb diet, they make it so easy to enjoy authentic Vietnamese flavors. My order is always the Bun Bo Hue with no noodles and extra steamed vegetables, and it’s absolutely perfect. The broth is rich, aromatic, and packed with that bold, comforting flavor you expect from a great bowl of Bun Bo Hue.

What I love most is that I get to fulfill my Vietnamese food cravings without breaking the caloric bank! 10/10

First time here. Discovered this place through the foodies of Dallas. This place did not disappoint. We got the Bun Bo goc hue, Banh beo chen, and the Banh khoai.

The Bun Bo goc hue was definitely a popular item. The soup was very good and flavorful. It came with chewy noodles and a good amount of meat.

The Banh beo chen was also pretty good. This steamed rice cake dish is a perfect appetizer to share amongst people.

The Banh khoai pancake came with a giant shrimp inside and paired really well with their special peanut sauce. The size is decent and potentially could be enough for two people to share.

Overall, the food was good. Glad to find a good authentic Vietnamese restaurant here in Dallas that sells dishes other than Pho.

Great, great, great food from Central Vietnam. This place offers up something different than most other Vietnamese places. Must try the Banh Hue Combo for the table as an appetizer and finish strong with a Bun Bo Goc Hue. Strong recommend!

This is my frequent lunch spot. So glad we finally have a worthy BBH restaurant in the area. The broth is savory and authentic. Their bowl is huge with a nice portion size of protein but so affordable at the same time. My recent favorite is the Nem Lui dish (photo). I took my parents who recently came back from a long visit from Vietnam for their first meal back and they totally approved the Nem Lui.. that says a lot because my parents were born and raised in Tuy Hoa/Nha Trang if you know what I mean. The only difference is that we prefer the clear fish sauce over the peanut sauce which automatically comes with the dish, but they are always willing to switch out when asked. If you are looking for an authentic Viet restaurant with specialty dishes, look no further. This is not the average pho place like many others!

The bun bo hue was some of the best I've had in Texas. The banh khoai was crispy and super satisfying as well. I will be back to try more things on the menu!

I came here specifically to try the Bun Bo Hue and it was a fine bowl for sure. The service and ambiance was above average for a Vietnamese restaurant, and the place was clean and service was brisk. The portions was big and the beef was soft and flavorful. The pig hock was typical of any Bun Bo Hue, not too tough or soft. The flavor of the soup was on the softer and more subtle side, but you could add more chili sauce to enhance the taste to your linking. Overall I would recommend this place for Bun Bo Hue.

We loved everything about goc hue! the owner is very nice and friendly, also engaging with the customers and like to share her passion for showcasing quality local Vietnam hue dishes to North Texas. Our favorite are #18, #9 BBH but with rice noodles and their in house freshly squeezed sugar cane juice! I have also start to trying out different items on the menu! Its all very different but super tasty!

We went for a family dinner and had a lovely time! They were able to accommodate our large party of 10. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, recommending different dishes for us to try, etc. The food is amazing, we eat a lot of Vietnamese food and this is some of the best we’ve had.

Highly recommend their Vietnamese pancake and the steamed pork rolls, but everything we tried was tasty!
