Been mostly wearing sandals or barefoot since covid, decided I needed some supportive walking shoes to meet NY Resolution.
I have one foot significantly bigger than the other so shoe fitting is a time consuming task. I thought I was 9.5 regular and saw Hoka on sale. Get to store and find I am actually 10 wide. The 9.5 regular was on sale on their website , but same shoe in 9.5 d, ee, nor 10 sizes were not on sale in store.
Rather deceptive IMO.

On the upside, Clerk was very diligent and helpful and really handled my size uncertainty with a lot of attention and patience. She was very helpful and treated me like getting 4-5 pairs was no problem at all.

She also said there’s a 90 day return policy, even if worn, which really helps my uncertainty on fit.

Came in looking for some and inserts to help with plantar fasciitis. Kelly was amazing! She did a complete foot scan and explained the results. Then brought out several options for me to try. While also taking the time to explain the differences in each shoe. I ended up finding a great combination of Hoka Arahi and Currex inserts. Feeling relief already! Thank you Kelly!

Came in today to get fitted for new running shoes and Kyle was amazing!!! Super polite and professional and gave great advice. The free feet scan was awesome because it identified that I had high arches and two completely different sized feet and that allowed kyle to get me into the perfect shoes and a great set of insoles!
Will definitely be back soon!

I don't even know where to begin on how to express just how amazing this store is because of Charles Collie. He truly values your FEETS HEALTH and not your WALLET. He went above and beyond to find the perfect fit and insole for my horrible plantar fasciitis. It was such an amazing experience because he educated me on things I didn't even know about. It was seriously a ? experience at this location. I highly highly recommend you come here and let their amazing staff work with you and your feet's needs.

It has been quite some time since I purchased a new pair of sneakers. I have used store before and they have kept up with the standards from before. My feet were given scanning in order to get correct measurements. Even though they did not have my requested size they helped me to order item on line. I will continue to visit store in the future.

When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. Kyle did a scan of my feet. A previous FeetFleet I went to did not do that and a lot of money was spent on a shoe that I couldn’t run in and caused knee pain. Kyle explained the results of the scan and recommended sole inserts as well as a few daily trainers and a few speed shoes. The shoes he recommended were exactly what I needed. He was so thorough and answered all of my questions. This will be my go-to FeetFleet from now on.
