I had a very pleasant experience at this store. I was greeted immediately upon entering and offered a water, which was a very polite and welcoming gesture. In addition to the friendly service, I was able to find some great items. I purchased a cute necklace that was displayed on one of the mannequins, and I absolutely love it. I also got a bracelet, which wasn't quite the right size for my wrist, but I was able to adjust it to fit me comfortably when I got home. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping trip. The staff was attentive, and I left with some new jewelry pieces that I'm really happy with. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive retail experience.

Terrible customer service experience. I saw a cute top on the mannequin while passing by this store (Etiquette Boutique in Palm Beach Gardens) and decided to look inside. The blonde employee (unsure of her name) did not greet me when I came in. When I asked to try on the top, she pointed to the back of the store and brushed me off. I continued to look around, when she came up to me and asked what size I needed. I asked for a small and she looked at me confused and questioned “are you SURE you need a small?” then proceeded to put a small and a medium in the fitting room “just incase”. While in the fitting room, I overheard her greeting a new customer and asked if she wanted a water or an espresso, which I was never offered. For reference, I am a young mixed/black woman. Take that information as you will. I felt prejudice the second I walked in and received unequal treatment in this boutique. I unfortunately did not purchase the top I liked because of this, and took my business elsewhere. She didn’t follow up to ask how the top fit or offer any additional assistance as she did with others, as if I wasn’t a true, valuable customer. Extremely disappointing, I’ve never had such a poor experience in retail before. If you are a person of color, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted with exceptional customer service, asking if I would like a bottle of water or an espresso. Both of the females in the store were attentive and friendly, offering to put the items in my hands in a fitting room and asking if I needed any help. While they were attentive, they were not "pushy" salespeople which is a huge plus for someone like me. The store itself has a lot of great clothing options at reasonable boutique prices. I appreciate that the tags on majority of the items state "try me on" and "i'm not returnable". This made it clear that the store had a policy about returns. I also love that they do a 10% back promo where you get 10% back of your sale in a dollar amount to be used for a future purchase. Keep in mind - those "points" if you will, can only be used within 2 weeks. Great way to get you back in and shopping, plus, they get shipments of new items twice a week. This was my first time shopping here and I will definitely shop here again. Shoutout to Courtney for being so helpful, friendly, and attentive!

Manager was very helpful. I went back and had a good experience. She knew her clothing style and I bought a few summer outfits that were well fitted.
Definitely would recommend this boutique as they appreciate their customers and go to lengths to accommodate customers to help them find what they need to suit their wardrobe.

Bought a dress that I unfortunately did not try on in the store that is too small. I tried calling them to see if I can exchange for the right size or different item. But was told I was a week out of the policy so they won't do anything for me. So now im stuck with a dress that I can not wear. Horrible customer service. Do not shop here!!!!

This store's clothes are not good quality. It fell apart the first time I wore it and I went in to talk to a manager and they just apologized saying there was nothing they could do. I understand I can't refund a broken or damage good but how am I supposed to want to shop somewhere or recommend this to someone else when my first time in it rips and I have to sew it back for two more spots to tear?! Lazy management and pretty but poor quality. Not worth it. Spend the money elsewhere.

What an amazing experience! From the moment I stepped in until I left it was nothing but the best customer service. Emily greeted me and offered me some water. She helped me pick the perfect outfit for an event and offered to call another location to see if they had other sizes. Thanks again Emily!!

I was a loyal customer of this boutique and shopped there regularly. They have cute pieces every once and a while but the quality of the Etiquette label items is poor for the prices. I bought a pair of pants that I carefully hand washed once and they shrunk to the point that I wasn’t able to wear them again. When I brought them in hoping for some sort of credit I was turned away. Disappointing.
