I love this store. I was so sad when they moved from Athabasca, but I get it. So when I was looking for a dress for a Christmas party, of course I checked Elle’s , and they had the dress I wanted so with the postal strike and not trusting couriers, I drove 1.5 hours to go to the store to get the dress I wanted. The staff were amazing and I left the dress I loved from the videos I saw online! LOVE this boutique! Cannot wait to shop there again!

Love Elle’s Boutique! Have been shopping online and in-store for the better part of 6 years now. I’ve never once had a bad experience. Super friendly owners and staff— both super accommodating when it comes to working with customers, bringing in great product, and always working hard to ensure prompt and thorough deliveries. (Shame on Canada Post for their recent foot-stamping through the Christmas season—that was TRUTHFULLY only effective at putting small businesses at risk). They were also one of the very first boutiques to create a social media presence that brought super fun (hilarious moments) shopping to me in my home! Helped me get through those messed up Covid years! As a customer, I’ve always been made to feel like part of a family with Elle’s. Forever a fan.

Love this store, have been shopping here for 4+ years now, they always have great new styles and there’s always something for everyone. Michelle and the other staff have always been great any time I’ve been in store or shopping online. Their customer service team even went above and beyond for me when I ordered the wrong size on a final sale item (oops) - which they had no obligation to do. If you want to shop at a place that really cares about community and promoting local, this is the place you want to go (don’t let the negative reviews of one-off experiences deter you from shopping here).

Michelle and the crew at Elle’s Boutique are so amazing and truly a wonderful female owned company. I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years (since they were located in Athabasca!) and have always been so impressed with the quality of items as well as wonderful and kind customer service. Absolutely love this local gem in St. Albert! The boutique has such a free spirit and the personalities of the team shine through. I have ordered from and visited Elle’s since the beginning when they were in Athabasca. Throughout the years I have always been very impressed with their service and customer service. I have on a few occasions had to return items due to sizing and they’ve always been incredible to deal with. I have also visited the boutique in person, to pick up orders or just to shop in person and have always found beautiful pieces and incredible people.
