I live 8 hours away but every time I am in Regina, I make a point to stop here. The service is awesome. Simply give your name at the desk, they will pull your previous info, recheck your size and then do all the work pulling your size based on what you ask for and your profile. So many types of Elomi bras in stock and never simply ones that are nude- tons of patterns and styles. It is such a pleasure to shop here when I get the chance

They have a good selection but their staff was less than useful. Brought all the wrong sizes after I told them what the proper size was. They stood around without checking to see fit or style. Didn't ask when we left if we found anything just said good bye. I honestly wouldn't go back just because of the terrible customer service.

Love this store. Great prices, great sales and great staff. Thx McKenna for your help today. They have such gorgeous colourful stuff, everything from bras to sleepwear and swimwear, even men’s underwear. Lots of free parking. I love the info on the wall in the spacious dressing room. Plus there are 5 wall hooks for your clothing, purse, coat, whatever. You can have a yes hook, a no hook and a maybe hook.

If i could take the star away and still leave this revew I would.
Grad should be a happy time. Needed a braw for my daughter. Went in it was ok showed the dress we needed a braw for. They did not bring anything that would even work with the dress. They belittled her. Made her cry in the room they did not listen to a single request she mad or listen to how she felt about what they had her put on. They thought I would get a purple braw with straps and put it under a black dress with next 2 no straps. I will never go back or tell anyone anything good about this place.

I don't know where some of these bad reviews came from because I had a very positive experience. The girl helping me was very kind, answered my stupid questions and did everything she could to get me the bra I needed. The ladies working here are professional, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for everything, it was really appreciated!

Worst experience of my and my Mother's life!! Mom had recently had a double Mastectomy.. I brought her to your Store..she was 79 year's old and was basically pushed into buying an incorrect Bra for her age and body plus sold some kind of stupid foam inserts to replace her missing breasts and the Bra was tightened almost up to her chin! She wanted me to come and see and the Staff wouldn't allow it, and when Mom finally came out of the Fitting room visibly upset and coraled to the Till to pay we quickly left as she was almost crying!! I was wanting her to go back to your Store with me while I "fixed this" but she never wanted to walk in there again because of how she was treated!! I took her to Walmart, found Gel inserts with some volume and weight to them and her regular type of Bra and threw your product's into the garbage in the Bathroom!!! And she paid well over $100.00!! This hellish experience was in 2017 but I wanted you to know plus our Mother Passed away the following year. Your Staff definitely need proper Training in fitting elderly women who've recently indured horrible Breast Cancer and a double Mastectomy!!! I will never recommend nor shop in your Store..NEVER!!!!! I would have given a minus 5 Star Review but it wasn't possible!!
