We have a great time learning how to defend ourselves from attack-she has the experience and more than enough qualifications to teach this class, in fact she has three different black belts! Great training for 5 year old and up kids in MMA (Kenpo/TaeKwonDo/Grappling). And Krav Maga for 13 year olds and up. Large adult group both men & women, young & older, super fit & a little big around the middle. Truly anyone can take and learn Krav Maga!
