Sarah welcomed me as soon as I walked in. She offered me the Sleep match service, which I was very impressed with and then took me around the various mattresses which were suitable for me. As I needed a complete bed, not just a mattress, Sarah's help was invaluable as the choice is overwhelming. She was very knowledgeable and really helped me make the right choices. I was given a pillow to take around with me which suits the way I sleep. When I made the order, Sarah offered me a drink. She explained all the options for delivery, installation etc.
I was very impressed by the choice at Dreams but particularly with the service and I would definitely shop there again.

Amazing staff here. I'm a difficult sleeper and Sarah took time to give me the advice I needed and guided me through everything. She's an asset. The choice of mattresses are amazing too, won't be going anywhere else for anything bed related. Thanks again Sarah for all your help.

Paul was fantastic in the Wrexham store today I am super excited with the new bed and matress I have ordered and feel like if I change my mind on the matress I can swop it out as I ordered the matress protecter I even came away with pillows I am really happy with. There’s fab deals this weekend.
