I had a lovely experience shopping at dreams for my new mattress. I knew what firmness I needed as my current mattress is great apart from the damask cover fabric is splitting.
So a firm double mattress is what I was looking for and Liz the lovely lady led me straight to what I asked for. After talking me through the merits of each one she fetched a pillow and encourage me to lie down one each one to 'road test' them while still being available to answer questions she then left me for a while whilst I flitted between each.
When I had chosen the one I wanted she returned to answer one or two more questions and then over to her desk to make the payment. She offered me a drink of water which was gladly accepted, the payment process was straightforward and explained the delivery process (I wanted delivery to the bedroom and the old one removed), lead time and 100 night sleep policy.
Liz was attentive enough to provide all the information I needed to make my choice without pushing for a sale. I would recommend to friends and family.

We had a advisor, Asad, who was brilliant. We tried the bed sensor thing and he showed us our ideal mattress. I've had the mattress over a week now and I sleep like a log! It's been great for my back. Delivery was on time, courteous drivers and they got it in my bedroom in no time

Went to look for a new bed and mattress in Stockport (and since buying from the Ashton one previously in the past I thought I’d stick with Dreams) and tried the Stockport branch… the two staff (1 male, 1 female) could not care less that I was in the store waiting (the male chatting away and on the computer, possibly could have been inputting documents, the female just sat on her phone and eating)… I walked out.

We recently purchased a Tempur mattress from Dreams Stockport. We would like to thank Ryan for his excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were given plenty of time to consider our options and didn't feel any pressure to buy. The whole experience was stress free. We purchased the mattress and I recently returned to the store as I had further questions. Yet again, Ryan was extremely accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing from this store.

We were served by a young man named Luke. He was full of knowledge and was patient when we couldn't decide which bed to choose. The sale was seemless and Luke was very helpful.
We would definitely return to this store to buy further beds, the customer service was excellent.

We had a great experience today at Dreams. Big thanks to Ryan our sales assistant and his colleague for making us feel so welcome.
On arrival we tested out the mattress machine and this really helped to select the correct mattress for us. Once decided, the whole service was five star from start to finish and we were even offered a cup of coffee too! I will definitely be back here and will recommend the store to friend and family. Thank you so much for a fun shopping experience!
