Visited the Stafford branch of Dreams today and we were met by Hollie. She was amazing! We used the Dream mattress finder to choose our mattress and Hollie then very patiently took us around the showroom to test out all the mattresses that the computer had selected would be best for us. She then left us to think about our options and offered us tea or coffee.
When we were ready we went back to her when we had decided on our choice.
Hollie was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.

We were looked after by Emma when we visited the store today looking for a new mattress. She was first class, listening to what we wanted and could afford. She suggested we used the tester to find the perfect mattress for us. having showed and let us test all the options we were left alone to chat. No pressure which was great. Having decided we were given a great price and a delivery date to suit us. Emma was very good, advising us what was best suited to our needs. Friendly and polite. In our opinion a great asset to your store, even got a cup of coffee while we decided which mattress we wanted. Shopping with you was a pleasure.

I don’t normally do rave reviews but really….. Hollie was amazing…… offering me a drink whilst I stayed on the bed I had chosen. She took picky me through the sleep match process…. She was patient, kind and friendly……buying a bed is stressful and she made it less so.
It was like dealing with a good friend, and let’s be honest that’s really rare and really important.
Dreams will be my go to for any new bed, bedding the LOT.
Dont let this employee go she is a rare find!!

Visited dreams in Stafford today as we needed a new mattress.
Shaun was fantastic we will be recommending this store and to ask for Shaun to serve them.
He walked us round the shop giving us all the information we needed to find the perfect mattress.
We have been to quite a few bed shops in the past and at the moment we are renovating our home I just wish there was a Shaun in all these other shops as he made us feel at ease and no pressure to buy.
I’m happy to say we have found our perfect mattress and excited for it to arrive.

Don’t waste your time ordering from Dreams, my experience has been nothing but a nightmare, ordered my son a double divan base, mattress and headboard after spending £923 you’d think it would be good quality only for every item to arrive damaged. Nightmares couldn’t collect the bed for 5 days leaving us with a broken bed to store for them.
After they collected they’ve now refunded me part of my money £888 back for a £923 purchase which I’ve now got to chase up.
Avoid them, more hassle than their worth.

I recently visited Dreams in Stafford and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Shawn, who was undoubtedly the best employee I have ever encountered. His patience and extensive knowledge were truly impressive. Shawn took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made us feel completely at ease during the entire process.

The rest of the staff including Shawn were equally remarkable. They all seemed highly competent and worked seamlessly as a team. Their patience and kindness towards my children were particularly noteworthy (ages 3 and 1), making the entire shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable for our family.

We ended up purchasing the Deacon Ottoman bed and a fantastic mattress, whose name escapes me at the moment (was expensive). The quality of both products is outstanding, and we are extremely satisfied with our choices.

Overall, our experience at Dreams in Stafford was superb. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of new bedroom furniture or mattresses. Kudos to Shawn and the entire team for providing such exemplary service! Although I do not doubt the skills of the other employees, if you want the best service, find Shawn.
