Purchased a new bed from Dreams, never used them before. What an efficient crew in the shop at Elk Mill.
We tested their bed technology which refined your search for the type of mattress we needed. Great choice, lovely staff and Harry for a trainee you were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us space to choose.
So a new bed, mattress and with the ‘Temoer bonus offer’ and the sale was just a bonus
A coffee is always welcome too.

Kathryn (Kat) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as welcoming and friendly. We lay on the special mattress to assess our needs and then she took us to each of the suitable beds. She answered all our questions and we are happy with the offers we received and bought the bed and base and headboard. Would recommend Dreams and especially Oldham.

A very pleasant shopping experience. We were served by Simon, a new member of staff, who was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. We were offered drinks of water and another member of staff, Adam, also kindly assisted us. We were very happy with our purchase and our visit to Dreams, at Elk Mill Shopping Centre.

Absolutely delightful I was greeted by Adam who I'd explained what I was looking for and he showed me straight to the different beds to suit my needs. He then left me to make my own decision but as soon as he saw I wanted him he was with me. I then made my choice. He went through everything to cover what I needed and the cost. I agreed everything with him and my order was placed. I paid and left the store. All was done within about 45 minutes. Adam was extremely helpful but not pushy in any way. I was nervous about buying a new bed as I'm a widow and the bed was sentimental as we'd had ot for 40+ years my husband died 18 yrs ago so it was emotional for me. Adam was lovely and helpful. I came away knowing I had with his help made the right choice.

On our recent visit to dreams on the elk mill site we were greeted by Sanjida who was extremely friendly and attentive to our requirements. She had lots of knowledge about the beds and offered us lots of different things to make our selection easy i.e mattress protectors, insurance, she is a credit to dreams. Thank you

Visited the store at Elk Mill, Oldham yesterday(03.11.24)accompanied by my sister to purchase a new mattress. We were warmly greeted by Asad. Following a try on the diagnostic machine Asad showed me several suitable options, all of which I was able to try out for comfort. He gave relevant information about all and answered all my questions fully and clearly. Having made my choice, while he was undertaking the admin he offered us both a drink. Prior to any payment being made he reiterated all the costs and arrangements made for delivery to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent customer care by Asad who was knowledgeable about the products, friendly, polite and took on board the needs of the customer.

Called into Dreams Elk Mill this afternoon we was greeted at the door by a young man , he was so helpful and knowledgeable he made our visit so simple and pleasurable from start to finish . Thank you ALEX your customer service was superb and your manager should be very proud to have you on there team .
