We visited today to purchase a new bed. We were greeted by Josh, who helped us complete the bed test and talked us through our different options, showed us offers they had in store and also other products they had available. We placed an order which was very quick and simple. Josh was very helpful. Thank you

I went into the Dreams Middlebrook shop today in my quest to find a TV bed and was greeted very quickly by Josh. His customer service was absolutely amazing, very hospitable and a great salesman all round. He knew so much about health benefits for the importance of mattresses and found me my perfect TV bed and mattress! He gave me an amazing deal I couldn’t say no to, thank you so much Josh! If I even go back to Dreams Middlebrook I would love to be served by him again!! 5 stars !!

Been is store tonight. Was in and out within 30 minutes and very happy with the matress we have purchased.
The assistant Sam was fantastic and friendly and helped us with our questions. He also managed to get us a deal that we weren't expecting. We've come away feeling we've had a great experience and got a great deal.

Really impressed with the level of service and expertise from Sam at Dreams on Middlebrook Horwich.. If you are looking for the right mattress for you..its defo the place to go. We were assessed on a bed thats maps your body on how you sleep, then you are able to determine which mattress is best for you...as well as what level of firmess you need.
We were looked after from.start to finish, with a coffee and even further discounts and extras with our purchases..i can't wait for my new mattress to arrive..thanks Sam

Had an amazing experience today shopping at dreams middlebrook. I was seen to by the store manager Martin, he was very friendly with me and my partner, he offered us drinks, let us lay on the bed to test it out, let us on the personal sleep machine and also got us an amazing deal on our purchase which I am very grateful for. I had a great experience visiting their shop yesterday. An assistant greeted us soon after entering the store, asked for our preferences and Dawn went above and beyond to find a matching bed and mattress for us. After reviewing beds for a number of months and getting confused by different types of mattress and wide ranging costs I visited the store in Horwich and was helped by Saf who very kindly showed me a variety of options, detailing the pros and cons based on my requirements after using the sleepmatch technology. I was provided refreshments throughout and came away a very happy bunny with a bed to be delivered in little over a week and pillows to match. Will be recommending to all.
