Assistant Raj was amazing. Greeted politely, offered coffee. Hubby and myself experienced individual mattress fitting, which guided us to our choice of mattress. No pushy assistant, was very informative and upfront. Overall a great service and experience and looking forward to receiving our new mattress

Recently went into the Mansfield store to report an issue we had with a mattress bought from there 4 years previous and was still under guarantee. We were served by Louise who was very obliging and helpful, we were able to upgrade to a king size so decided to order a new base and mattress for the extra cost. Before we chose Louise advised us to use the 'sleep match' mattress comfort technology to match our comfort needs. So looking forward to the delivery of our new bed in the next few weeks. Thank you Louise for your patience and help.😍

I called in today 23rd January.
I was greeted when I walked in by a gentleman called Rav.
Rav was polite and friendly and asked me what my needs were?
I explained and he offered me to try what I call the Dream's machine to find a mattress firmness to suit me. It didn't take too long.
I tried several mattresses and he found one that was suitable for me and that I liked.
I have mobility issues and he patiently waited for me. He took this issue into account when finding me the correct one
He offered me a seat to close the transaction and offered me a coffee ☕.
All in all a pleasant experience and Rav was a great guy, incredibly helpful.
Looking forward to my new delivery 🚚 next week.

Had a fantastic visit today thanks to Sonny. Got the body scan and then went through all the mattresses suitable for me, got all the information needed along with the offers available. Got my choice bed at a great price with all the black friday deals would recommend a visit if you need a bed, even if it's only for the body scan. Sonny was a credit to the company and went above and beyond to get me sorted thank you

I ordered a bed on the 5th October 2024 and still no sign of it I’ve had no communication with this company whatsoever they’ve had £3000 of my money in their bank it’s absolutely disgusting
I’ve been in today to ask about my bed because they can’t be bothered to communicate with me and they’ve told me that basically they’ve no idea when my bed will be delivered they said that they were waiting for a phone call from the supplier sometime in February
I’ve had no apology for all this none whatsoever it’s an absolute disgrace so I’ve asked for my money back and when I did still had no apology and Sunny the manager called me a liar when I mentioned it saying he did which he categorically did not
I will tell everyone that I know not to use this company they are a disgrace
They replied to this review asking for an order number which they already have on their records and a delivery date 😂😂

Rav showed me and my daughter at least ten options and was full of excellent advice. He greeted us without putting any pressure on us but was knowledgeable around all the different types and we used the machine to aid our choice. Back next day after sleeping on the choice factor and again Rav was supportive but not pushy and we made us a drink while we had a second round. Once our choice was made he set up a payment scheme and talked us through all the legal jargon. Really satisfied with the customer service and goods today. Also bought the amazing Pillows

An excellent experience. Rav was very helpful and a pleasant gentleman.Knowledgable and explained everything we needed to know. He was very friendly and gave us breathing space to decide, which we very much liked. 10 out of 10
