Went to see if the Manchester store happened to have any Feather&Black beds. They don’t, but we were shown Harrison Spinks products which are of a similar price point/quality. Unfortunately I can’t recall the persons name who served us but he was very helpful and allowed my husband and I to look round the store in our own time. He was at hand to answer any questions and did not follow us around the store which I find extremely annoying and great way of getting rid of me. I cannot speak highly enough of the sales person and came away very happy with the whole experience and excited to get the bed and mattress that we ordered.

My wife and I came into the store to be greeted by Danny, he asked us our preferences, grabbed 2 pillows and gave his recommendations then left us to it. He'd come to check on us every 2 or 3 we used to see what we were liking/disliking to help guide us more. He then grabbed us a drink and talked to us about the sleep scanner, which would show more in depth what support each of us needed, and helped set it up and going for us to help us decide on a mattress firmness.
All in all, I'm happy, my wife is happy and our new mattress is being delivered on Friday. Thank you Danny and team

Went into dreams to order a bed for our new house. We were greeted by a lovely staff member and spoken through the process, we ordered a bed on that day. Then the delivery got changed 3 times and when I rang customer services to see if we could get an early date the women was really rude and told me it wasn’t her problem. When the bed finally came 2 months later it didn’t fit as we were not asked for measurements on the day of purchase. I was then told I would receive a call from customer services which I never got. I rang them myself after 11 times of trying I kept getting thrown off. Then when I tried again it said they were having technical difficulties to which I tried a little later to be told they were closed. The following day I got an email which was very vague and there was no apology or anything. Really bad customer service.

My wife and I was looking for a new bed, so we both decided to pop along to dreams in white city retail park over at Trafford . We were met by a nice young gentleman by the name of Michael. He was quick to ask us what kind of bed we was looking for. I said one you sleep on : ))) With the information we given him he took us around to show us some of the beds they had in the showroom and told us a little bit about them and others available way we was looking around Michael offered us a drink. In the end, we came to a decision with the bed we decided on and ordered one . Michael was instrumental in helping us buy our bed with the information he gave us and his knowledge. My wife and I found him to be very professional . We will be happy to recommend this store to friends and family . Also, the two gentlemen who delivered and put the bed together were friendly. and put on shoes covers over their footwear so as not to get our carpet muddy and was chatting, though out. After they were finished, they made sure all the rubbish was taken with them . Sorry, lads, I forgot your names . Dreams to pass on our thanks

Super helpful visit explaining the different mattress and frame types, Rachel was really friendly and helped us through the whole process.
Definitely worth going in to speak to staff and see the various types of mattress (& try the sleep machine checker for what type would be best)
