We came in as our bed was past it's best.
Rhiannon greeted us as we were looking and straight away was very helpful and informative. She suggested me and my wife firstly use the sleep match technology to find the perfect mattress, which I may add is a fantastic bit of kit. From there she showed us the best mattresses and divans for our price range.
Rhiannon knew exactly what she was talking about, very informative and not pushy making our new bed purchasing a pleasant experience. Best of all, we managed to buy a beautiful new divan and mattress which will last for many years and got a good price too. Very happy we everything from start to finish.

Adam was brilliant. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, offered us a drink and gave us a brief intro which was just what we needed, we had been to another bed store a few weeks prior and this was markedly different, they were pushy, quite cold and this was just a breath of fresh air. Adam was attentive without being pushy, kept checking in and sharing his wealth of experience which was so helpful as it's a big decision and so I did really appreciate the insight. He helped us come to the right decision in the end and so can't thank him enough, true credit to the store. Thanks Adam!

I am extremely pleased with the professional way I was treated by the staff manager at the Derby store, he was helpful, took time with me ( no rush like in some shops)
I was made welcome in the store offered drink which now days is rare , thank you
. He showed me option of mattresses once I’d been on the machine and encouraged me to try those options .
He made me feel at ease when giving me option to pay . It was a pleasure to shop at Bensons for beds , I will highly recommend to family and friends

The 2 staff that served us at Dreams in Derby were outstanding. We visited 2 days, firstly we were seen by Nina who gave us a warm welcome, she listened to our requirements and advised we used the sleep match technology they have in store. After this she showed us the recommended ones for us. Nina clearly knew her products and appeared proud to work for dreams. Under no circumstances did we feel pressured into a purchase. We returned the following day and spoke to John the store manager, again we were greeted with a warm welcome. We initially only wanted a new mattress however, after seeing the good offers in store we went for a whole new bed and mattress. John was also really knowledgeable and straight talking. He spent along time with us, really going that extra mile. He then passed us back to Nina who finalised our order.

An amazing experience had, we are excited to receive our new bed…

Went in intending to look around and came out with a Tempura mattress. We was about to walk out but Nina got our attention. She helped us solve some of our sleep issues and gave us a proper bed fitting before taking us to the desk to price it all up. Normally I try to ask questions to strump the sales person to try and find out as much as possible. But it was the other way around, I could not give good answers to her questions. Never felt so good to be wrong so we decided to invest in our sleep and take the plunge after all our options where comprehensively laid out for us. Anything we was stuck deciding she showed us the difference so we could make an informed decision. The experience was defiantly better going through it with the staff than just wandering around laying on beds. Now that we are home laying on the old mattress with our new stuff we bought home we cannot wait for our mattress to arrive.

Lovely lady at Dreams , went through every option with us both , made us a coffee, went on a special bed that gave us posture readings to find the right mattress, so looking forward to getting new mattress. Excellent service and a great smile , Very informative and made us feel at ease . Pleasure doing business today happy and first rate . Rhiannon is a credit to Dreams and should be very proud . The sales assistant, sorry, didn't catch her name, was extremely professional, but at the same time very friendly. We were made welcome, which was nice. No pressure to buy, but her expertise and courtesy helped to make the whole experience pleasurable.
