Truly disappointed in my purchase from this store. I ordered a glitter mini dress but it was completely the opposite as advertised it was more of a longer mid length dress and the color of pink was more of a purple shade. Not only that but the glitter kept falling off everywhere it honestly felt like a cheap dress. This business does not accept exchanges or refunds which is not fair since I would have liked to exchange my item for another item (store credit ) or a refund since the item is still in brand new condition. I attempted nicely to address this with the owner but she decided to block me on social media

I am from Nashville and was looking for some exclusive clothes to wear while out in Houston. OMG!! I freaking love this place. The prices are extremely reasonable and the customer service was also amazing! The clothes fit perfect too! I had to stop myself from buying everything ? I will definitely be back when I visit Houston.

I was going to a work gala and I had nothing to wear. I've been looking for a dress for months still did find anything. Divas was the only place where I could find multiple options for me to where and look great for my event. I love the store and the help the owner gave me. Thank you so much for being in my area and have great shopping options for plus size ladies to shop with confidence. I most definitely will be back.

I went to purchase a dress and decided to go a size smaller. Called to ask if I can take the dress back for a smaller size and the sales employee said that all sales were final. I told her that on there website it says that refunds will not be given but exchanges could be expected if the item had not been worn, dirty, or smelled with a tag still on it. Item could be exchanged if passed 3 days after purchase. So not sure why they have a website with their policy on there and won’t follow their policies. Will never go back there and will not recommend this place to no one.

Thought this store was a good place to shop because they're always promoting plus size clothing, but their staff members are very judgmental when plus size girls go in the store. Not only do they tell these girls that they do not look good in the clothes (when nobody asked for their opinion) but they also compare them to the supposedly models that showcase the clothing online. Everyone has a different body type and maybe for that moment the girl trying on the dress,, etc.wanted to feel pretty, but for the staff members to stand there and check the clothes these plus size girls are trying on and say that if they stretch out the material or see a tear they have to pay a sewing fee of $8, like how do they know who ripped it...My friend had a horrible experience there and even cried afterward..

Cute clothes but biggest size is 3xl but fit more like 2x. Good customer service. But not really plus size friendly.

Digamos que tienen algo de variedad en vestidos, pero los precios son algo exagerados ,otra cosa q no le encuentro logica al pagar te estan cobrando tax y aparte le suben casi 3 dolares a la pieza si realizas el pago con tarjeta, y lo peor de todo que siempre son ventas finales y nunca quieren hacer un cambio ...yo queria cambiar mis zapatos por un numero mas grande y no quisieron cosa q me parece absurda,con esa actitud y esas politicas perderan muchas clientas porque en cualquier tienda te hacen cambios o te lo dan de credito para agarrar otra cosa
