Great selections and the sale prices are awesome! My only critique is that it was hard to find a cashier despite the many checkout counters. The employees in the purses and bags were super sweet though! My husband also found some great work clothes for good prices.

Didn’t get his last name but Andrew in the women’s shoe department was really nice and helpful will definitely continue shopping there because of him! I thought it might be all your employees but no he’s one of the few good ones because that same day in a different department another employee couldn’t even be bothered to help. But the experience with Andrew was amazing that i didn’t leave with the bad experience in mind

I had the most wonderful experience at this Dillard's today. Back in July I had purchased a pair of Levi's, wore them twice, and a belt loop is starting to seperate. I was able to call and speak to someone and she asked me to come by the store today. It turns out it is the store manager Karen, and an associate by the name of Reina, of whom offered really wonderful customer service and helped me out with these jeans.
Chatting with them and doing business felt like I was doing business with people I've known for a very long time. They felt like family! I'm so happy that I live close to this Dillard's and I'm happy to shop here! Thank you all for Top Notch customer service and friendliness!

Lady in the intimates area was amazing and really sweet. The fragrance area sales man was extremely pushy. He did sell me on Creed when I stated I wear Juicy which is a lower end perfume. He compared them, but did not inform me that it was $480. I dang near passed out.

Bought a $80+ dress that fell apart at the seams immediately. A few days later this store refused to accept the return even with the receipt. Save your money and don't buy low quality clothing here.

Warning: Poor Experience at This Store

I recently visited this Dillard’s location to return a pair of shoes I had purchased. The experience started off smoothly as I was greeted by an African American associate in the shoe department, who processed my return without issue. However, while she was assisting me, an older male associate, who I believe was named Amed, seemed to be closely observing the transaction. As he circled around us, I overheard him remark, “Oh, paid with debit card.”

I found his behavior to be intrusive and uncomfortable, especially as it appeared he was scrutinizing the transaction in a way that felt discriminatory. His actions made me feel singled out and unwelcome. As an African American woman working in finance, I am disheartened by this experience. I do not tolerate such treatment, and I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I can shop without feeling uncomfortable or profiled.

I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision when choosing where to shop.
