Great service and choice!! I visited deja when looking to find my prom dress and was blown away by the variety of different styles offered. The staff were very welcoming and I was able to find the perfect dress with their help and advice. I will definitely be coming back when looking for dress in the future.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Deja Elite Boutique. I was looking for a dress for my 21st where I came across their website. The website stated no appointment outwith peak prom season Jan-Mar had to be made and walk ins were welcome. I travelled over an hour and was made feel completely unwelcome the moment I stepped in the store. I was firstly told I couldn’t look at any dresses or try anything on as I didn’t have an appointment. I stated it wasn’t for a prom dress, however, the member of staff was uninterested and I felt belittled by her manner and tone. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service, the situation could’ve been approached in a more polite way.

Very disappointed with my visit to this store today, seem to be more interested in serving members of the public who are buying prom dresses, was looking for a dress for an important event and was given one cheap black dress to try on, I wasn't even asked how I got on with it after trying it on, the dress I asked about several times by Kevan Jon in the window was not even shown to me in my size, left this shop feeling quite awkward, even my son remarked on the service and he is 11?

Amazing service at Deja Elite Boutique. Brought my sister here yesterday to look for a prom dress and everyone was fantastic. Even when it all got a bit overwhelming the staff were extremely understanding. There is a great selection of dresses which are well organised into the different styles and colours making it easy to look through what you are looking for. My sister left feeling fantastic, chuffed to have found her prom dress, feeling great about her figure thanks to all the support and feeling very reassured about what was although exciting, still an overwhelming experience for her. Thank you so much for all of your help, support and guidance to find the perfect dress and helping my sister feel so much better along the way. We were lucky enough that her perfect dress was available in her size meaning we were able to take it the same day rather than ordering it in which was even better. Great to know as well that they won't sell the same dress to someone going to the same prom. Thanks again, highly recommend!

When my daughter needed a new prom dress two weeks before prom in May 24 (after having ordered the original in Nov 23) I was in a blind panic. Lesley went above and beyond and sourced a replacement dress within a week! ? crisis averted … thank you so much for coming to our rescue, keeping me updated with information on arrival of the new dress, and saving my daughters special day ?

If I could give this shop 10 stars I genuinely would. I was looking for a Kevan Jon dress. After being told by another boutique the Kevan Jon wouldn’t fit me. I was still sure I wanted a Kevin Jon dress or to at least try the dress on. I phoned the shop on Sunday morning to make sure I didn’t need to make an appointment. The lady was fantastic on the phone and told me just to pop in. I was an hour and a half drive. I walked in. And was greeted by the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone. She genuinely couldn’t have done any more for me. I tried the dress on and knew straight away the dress was for me. She even wanted me to size down in the dress! The shop was beautiful and not over crowded. My husband has even said he’ll take me back!! ? Thanks for all the help girls
