I hate posting these and want to be clear that the way we were treated by one staff member is probably not a reflection of the owner or other staff.
Our family went in to shop and my 4 1/2 year old picked up one of those little plastic snow globe type things and shook it to see the glitter fly around. He felt something wet and “Pokey” on it and panicked and dropped it. It shattered the floor. My husband apologized and so did my son to the front staff and asked for supplies to clean it which we did. My son apologized and tried to explain what happened. We thought that was the end of it but when the 6 of us were checking out with all our stuff I noticed my total amount was much higher than my math and so I asked the prices again. She said (right in front of my son) “The price is correct but he broke something so you’ll be paying for it”. To say that her demeanor was professional or kind would be a MAJOR stretch. My son of course becomes upset. I can completely understand that if people go in and break things even by accident a shop has every legal right to make sure it is paid for however this item was defective when he picked it up. We were lucky it didn’t cut him. To sneak it into my purchase without a word and then be rude to a 4 year old is just gross. My husband ended up paying for it and we left the other 10 items behind. I will never return and will never recommend this shop to anyone after this.

They have a lot of fun and funny things here. We had a great time looking at everything. It's quite tight though, so it'd be hard to maneuver a wheelchair in. I was mobile enough that I got away with going through without one, but I struggle often enough that I always notice things like that.

Pretty meh store, not friendly. Prices are a little high for what they are selling. Many aggressive signs everywhere about if you break it you buy it and no refunds.

This place has a large collection of souvenirs and other goods. The staff is very personable and helpful. Have shopped here several times through the years and have always enjoyed browsing though their goods. Masks are required and worn by staff and customers. Prices are decent. Stop by and get something to remember your travel to Glenwood Springs. Get something for family and friends back home. I really like this place!

Was here two days ago and the lady with long dark hair should say hello when she has a customer. We bought some things here. She didn’t greet us or even look up until she was done ringing us up. She thanked us at the end but disappointed with her lack of engagement. I almost didn’t even want to buy anything. We were also never greeted or asked if we needed any help and there were two employees.

I loved this little shop! They carry such a huge variety of items. I used to live out here and never came in. So on a weekend trip out to Glenwood I wanted to make sure I finally stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised! The owner was so personable and friendly. The young lady that checked us out was friendly and efficient. I knocked out my mothers day gifts for my mom in one shot! I will be back every time I come for a visit in the future.

We stepped in here during an evening we spent on a road trip through Colorado - it's a fun store that has a lot of different stuff, so it's really fun to browse.
A few days later, my wife really regretted not having gotten a hoodie here - so I got on facebook, contacted them and they kindly shipped it out to us.
Great store, great customer service, definitely check it out!
