This has been one of the greatest fitness experiences I've had. The instructors somehow combine learning a serious skill with a fun and friendly vibe. I've learned so much so quickly, and I'm always looking forward to my next class. I get a great balance of cardio, strengthening, and developing self-defense skills. My membership includes access to online videos so I can easily review specific techniques whenever I want. As a younger-ish woman, learning these skills has helped me to feel more confident about being able to keep myself safe. The customer service has also been exceptional

Great experience with the classes so far! The staff and instructors are top notched. There is constant follow-up to ensure you are meeting your personal goals. They prioritize safety and development of techniques being taught. I'm in better aerobic condition and have learned some valuable defense skills.

My husband and I just joined, and we love it so far. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and welcoming. I've learned so much already from the Krav training classes. The workout classes are fun and challenging- they kick your butt (in a good way!)

I've been training with them for about a month there and love it! Great trainers and people in class that are helpful and welcoming to new students. Real life defense training and killer cardio work outs as well! Definitely not boring like going to the gym...

I signed up for a year membership to get back into shape and learn a new skill. To keep my post simple and short.....Co Krav Mega will flat out lie/ mislead concerning your ability to cancel your membership. They do not care if you have a medical concern or not. They will tell you that "our policy is that you keep paying the monthly fee and we will bank the time you don't use". This is misleading. You also have the option to cancel your membership outright. They just don't make you aware of it. Tavin, the lead instructor, told me I would need a doctors note in order to cancel....which is a flat out lie. Bottom line, I would not recommend Co Krav Mega or any other business that put money in front of honesty and taking care of their customers.

I'm a new student and although I've only been to a couple of classes so far, I am extremely impressed with the entire organization. I have some martial arts experience, 6 years of Ninjutsu, so I'm familiar with what would constitute excellent training versus mediocre, and this is top of the line. The staff are extremely tuned in to each student as they train and as I'm an older student - 56 - in fair health at best, they are more than happy to allow me to modify whatever I need to in regards to the exercises. I've felt at home from the moment I went in to check out the school. They answer all questions in depth and make sure you have a clear understanding of what techniques they are teaching. And, they break the moves down into sections so you understand the mechanics of the techniques. They offer a free class to check it out, which is what I did, so I would recommend to anyone, regardless of you current health to take the free class and check it out for yourself.

I moved to Colorado last year thinking I'd never find a Krav Maga self defense school as good as the one I'd left behind and I was right, I found a better one. Colorado Krav Maga is a community of fitness and self-defense enthusiasts of all ages and extractions. The instructors are fantastic, the curriculum is well paced with the right amount of challenge and from the very first class you'll learn something useful. In addition, the kick-boxing and cage-fit fitness classes they offer are a great, fun way to push your fitness to the next level. There are a ton of extra-curricular activities too, from team participation in mud races to axe-throwing socials, holiday parties, first aid seminars and social get togethers. I can't recommend this group highly enough. Try it, you'll love it.

I just started taking classes with these guys and they are amazing! The instructors keep a great balance of patience and intensity that keeps you on your toes but allows you to feel comfortable learning new things. They really take the time to emphasize how everything you learn has a practical application, so nothing ever feels unnecessary. It's a great learning experience as well as fantastic exercise!
