This program is exactly what I’d hoped it would be for myself and my family. Straight to the point self defense training. We learn techniques for real world situations from day one. Also great for general strength and fitness. The instructors are great: skilled and supportive. Very pleased overall.

This is an actual learning environment, which is hard to find. They have the right intent (how to protect others), the instructors have a great attitude, and the expectation that students respect each other keeps things excellent. Positive life change!

Been training here for 2 years. It’s helped me lose 50 pounds. The self defense instruction is great and the classes are really fun. The instructors are patient and help you achieve your individual goals. Highly recommended!

Since my last review, some things have changed. They have added 2 specialty classes (Stand up Striking on Wednesday evenings at 6) and (ground skills on Friday nights at 7). Both classes are available for everyone, with no experience required. Stand-up striking does require specific gear that can be loaned out except for groin protection (for the men) and a mouth guard.

I first started because I've always had an interest in martial arts but I never really signed up for classes and in other forms like karate you usually have to start at a young age. But Krav Maga welcomes you regardless of age and experience. I've been going here almost three months now and I love it! Not only have I got stronger and gotten more endurance, I also have more self esteem! The instructors are all amazing and teach each student at their own pace and adjustments can be made to suit your needs. Nate, James and Warren are great and make sure to explain things and remind you of the correct form, but they are also based on principles, not technique so the things that you learn you can apply to real life! I definitely recommend coming here for a class because you'll absolutely end up loving it and signing up for more classes afterwards!

I starting coming here two years ago and I have loved the experience. I am a childhood trauma survivor and I have struggled with severe anxiety, so when I first came to this class I was extremely anxious, but the way Nate is in class helped me to feel so comfortable. He creates an atmosphere that shows he cares a lot about his students and has a genuine kindness to him that put me at ease. I think this also creates a great example for the people attending class as well because they have all been supportive. Now all my anxiety is gone and I do believe that coming to this place has helped work through a lot of my anxiety issues. I am very grateful to have joined this place and now my son and my brother are coming too. I want to thank Nate too on how he treats my brother when he comes. I really feel that Nate is a big part of why he continues to come because a lot of the time my brother will give up but he hasn’t. This experience has been amazing for me in my growth. Thank you to Nate, James and all the people that help run this school, you are all amazing.

Wonderful place to train mentally emotionally physically. Nate is an amazing instructor. The people who train here are dedicated, which speaks volumes about the instructors and methodology. Everything is well run from the structures, the class offerings, the app, the online training content, the social aspect. Stress training is great, and cage work out is wonderfully tough. Can't get a better training environment than this. Thank you!
