My husband and I went in and Skylar was very helpful and informative. She was able to steer me directly to what I was looking for. We bought several items and as we were the only ones in the store when checking out we got a chance to chat with Skylar and Abigail, who was putting stock away. Both were very funny and showed us other items we might be interested in next time.

Jennifer is awesome! She exceeded my customer service expectations, not only is the store fully stocked, and very organized, there is a great selection of anything you would need. I entered Cindie's with my wife and her best friend in pursuit of some merchandise. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a female employee who stood behind the counter. We proceeded to the bondage section because this is something that my wife and I have no experience with. We gently tested the various whips and paddles against our hands to test their feel. Immediately, we hear the Cindie's employee yell, "Don't do that! If you keep doing that you're going to need to leave!" Mind you, there is no one else in the store she could be speaking to. How else would we know if the material felt pleasurable against our skin? She was incredibly rude and probably assumed we were not going to buy anything. Needless to say, we left and spent over $150 at the Adam & Eve a few blocks away.

My wife and I was greeted by a beautiful blonde who we found out was the manager who has been there 17-18 yes. We purchased an item and got home and thought it was broken. My wife called and she said bring it back for a replacement if needed. She figured out what was wrong and which was not the product but the operator lol. She didn't have to do that and went above what anyone else would have done for us. We will definitely return and tell our friends of the great service we received.
