Erik the guy at the door, horrible service. If the line starts on the opposite side how about you come outside and tell me. If it's no drink policy tell me when I'm waiting in the line so I can finish my drink. Rather than before I enter the store. I didn't purchase from the store because of him. I liked an orange crossbody. But can't give my money to a raciest store. At lease 6-8 people came out before he let my brother and I in. Will never come back.

Was greeted by a nice SA as I went into the shop. Didn’t see any shoes I really liked. Security guard left his post at the door after I left. He then looked like he went to speak about me to a member of staff.

Came here to see if anything caught my eye. I opened the door since there was no line and then the security kindly told me to wait outside as they were at max capacity. He was really friendly about it so I wasn’t bothered at all. We soon were invited in and we looked around. I actually liked that the reps leave you alone to look, I don’t like being hovered around. A lot of the shoes were in vibrant colors/styles that imagine did not sell at their regular stores, something to keep in mind. I wanted a pair of heels but sadly they were out in my size. Not sure if that is a common problem here with other shoe models since it is an outlet, so I imagine they might be short on stock. Only talked to one rep and she was really friendly and helpful. Will come back, hopefully my size will be available!

At first, you are snobbed waiting in line for a long time. It was disappointing. Once I was able to enter twice, I was greeted warmly and friendly. I love their comments on the items on sale and really encouraged you to buy. Love their products. You can say the long wait at the end is worth it.

Horrible customer service experience. I walked in looking for a purse. I was not greeted when I walked into the store. The associates were talking about making plans to change their careers. I asked the young woman at the counter if the only purses they had were behind the counter and she said "yes" without even looking up and acknowledging me. I simply just walked out. I had such a bad experience that I won't be wasting my money buying any of your products.
