Went here 10 mins before close on a Saturday night- boutique was full and everyone so friendly. All the clients talking to each other and the SAs were in a great mood. My girl friend needed to get wedding shoes and the SA was so helpful. We stayed 20 minutes past close and the security guard was super sweet too noticing that she was getting married and telling her congratulations! Really good customer service and happy positive vibes here

I went to this boutique three times before I made a purchase. Until I found Darnell, a great seller. Since then, I only shop with him. I only recommend him, he is fantastic. He knows how to understand the guest well. I wish there were more sellers like him.
Darnell is the best .

Customer service is not what I expected. Period. My son shops there got me a pair of shoes for Christmas that didn’t work out due to my line of work. The manager was nice enough to let me return the item past its return date. The cashier was not very friendly, even though we had spoken, and she knew who I was still asked me for an ID after I handed her my American Express platinum card sales person was not very friendly but he got the job done. Was probably one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences of my adult life. I was given a box that was in shambles had to walk back into the store and ask for a new box & after I got the new box, this one was damaged as well. I have a dressing room. I like to Showcase my shoes in their boxes. Not sure what’s happening with the newly reopened LV Oak Street store from now on I’ll be making my purchases at Neiman Marcus where the customer service is impeccable.

Very strange experience. Planned to buy a pair of shoes as a gift for my brother but I gave up after awkwardly waiting for one of the three available staff to assist me. I finally just left after never even getting so much as a hello. Hard to believe this is the level of service from one of the most exclusive retailers in the history of the world has to offer.

This was our first time purchasing shoes from Christian Louboutin. It can feel a little intimidating. Don't let it be. Everyone was very friendly, professional, & helpful. We were quickly put at ease. Darnell was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time advising us in picking out the shoe that was just right for my fiancee. In addition, he also had some very interesting tips for the long-term care of the shoes. Things you wouldn't think of that can make a big difference so the shoes last and look good for a very long time. You're spending a lot of money. It was comforting to have someone ensuring that she got the proper style, fit, and everything else that goes into it. We definitely recommend!

The store is beautiful, the service is okay. This boutique had a great selection of shoes to look at and the music was really good to vibe with. The employees were so welcoming and friendly.

I realized it’s important to share how this place, unlike other luxury brands in Chicago, does conduct dishonest business. I only realized I’m not the only victim when I saw a post on Facebook on someone who received their online item scratched and when she tried to return it the same day they wouldn’t accept return because “the item is scratched”.

I bought my shoe from here and walked over to Nordstrom and decided to purchase another style there that store didn’t have my size in. So I walked this back within 2 hours and the girl smiled right at my face and said the item is scratched… I hadn’t taken it out of the box yet! I also showed her on the receipt that it says minor scratches are acceptable and this scratch was so mild I didn’t see it when I purchased it. She said that doesn’t apply to this shoe. I didn’t know what to say! I took the shoe and walked out. I could tell she was paid to act like that!!
Luckily I was able to afford the blow. But many people who sympathized with that Facebook post lost their chance and interest in something that’s supposed to bring so much joy to women.
Just say all sales are final. Stop conducting dishonest business!

I had to return some kate pumps. They were too narrow. Christian louboutin sometimes makes shoes for narrow feet only
