The staff is absolutely EXCELLENT! They’re very attentive, they help get the girls in the dresses with the complicated straps lol. Everyone was kind, staff kept the fitting room organized and moving quickly without rushing you. Dresses are pricey, but very good quality.

They look like they have a huge selection, but it's mostly the same 10 dresses in a lot of different colors. The employees were helpful, but also insanely pushy, they kept trying to talk me into a dress that I didn't feel fit me well. They also have a no refund policy despite their dresses being upwards of $300. So if they talk you into buying the dress and you happen to find something that does fit better you're stuck with the dress.

Natasha helped me and my mom. She was amazing. We asked if I could try a dress on display, and she took it off the mannequin and gave it to us, and she helped me find other dresses and styles. I ended up loving the display dress, and she went out of her way to show me how it would look altered, and now I have a prom dress! Overall, the staff is amazing and kind. This was my second time buying from them and they were just as amazing as the year before; the employees also remembered my mother and I from the first time we were there a year ago. Cannot recommend Chic Boutique enough. If I ever need another classy dress, this is where I will go to find it.
