I had already read the reviews before going to the store, so I knew I would have a great experience and find what I was looking for. But my time in the store was so much better than what I had imagined it was going to be. The ladies are so lovely, and Rona was the one who helped me find what I was looking for. The store was big with so much variety for bras, sport bras, underwear, shapewear, loungewear, and so much more! The ladies are so welcoming, respectful and kind. Rona listened to me when I was telling her what I need and she was very attentive and helpful. I did end up finding exactly what I wanted, so not only I had a pleasurable time in the store, I also had a successful purchase! This will definitely be my go-to place from now on.

I had such a great experience here! The ladies are so lovely and willing to help!! I hadn't been fitted in years and was wearing the wrong size and I am very happy they helped me out. They have a great range of items and let me try on whatever I wanted. I loved their honesty, I ended up buying 2 new gorgeous bras that fit perfectly. Even though I bought some plain bras, they have so many gorgeous colourful options.

Rhonda, the co-owner, assisted me and found proper-sizing bras for me. It was my first time doing an actual fitting after being incorrectly sized in a regular undergarment store like many others do. Rhonda's joy radiates through making people feel comfortable and confident in their skin by the way she talks with a smile, listens to your needs, and checks up with you.

It was busy at the time that I went, but with patience, they are efficient and eager to attend to your needs.

I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially for those who don't know their sizing or can't find bras that will fit them from other stores (Petite and Plus-Size Friendly!). ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

Although it was a bit inconvenient for me to get to, I'm glad I went, and I will be returning! It's soooo worth it! Cheers to 40+ years of this business!! ✧˖°.✧˖°.

The ladies here were so welcoming and professional. My daughter needed a comfortable sports bra & everyday bra for larger breasts. We've been looking everywhere and finally found good bras that hold everything like it should at this boutique. We didnt have an appointment, just walked in and hoped for the best. They told me to just grab a seat and relax & they did everything! When my daughter would try something on and it felt uncomfortable on her body, the employee listened to her concerns and either adjusted the fit or found her another bra that didn't have those features. 100% accommodated all her needs. They also made sure we knew how to care for the bras, and gave us a card to remember a few different washing methods.
I bought the 2 bras we were looking for but my daughter also liked a third. I only wanted to buy what was on the list, so I said no for today.. but they put that bra on our file, so next time we visit the store we can quickly find the one she had her eye on.
There's even a point system here, so that's a nice bonus.
A good bra is such an important part of life. I'm so happy to find this place. ?

The first time i went here the staff was so helpful and i would say they are experts, i remembered the store a year later and went again they had what i previously bought in the past. I really loved the fact that the staff makes everyone comfortable as i came in with my disabled mom, sister and her newborn. I got everything i wanted in a comfortable bra. I do highly recommend you shop here!

Great experience. They have been around for many years. I got really friendly service by the two founders. I was able to find what fits me and makes me feel comfortable.

For some items, their price is slightly lower than the ones I saw at the Bay. I think the most important part is their service. Having someone there with you and help you find the right fit is amazing.

I also learned that I can donate used bras there. So next time, don’t just throw away used bras if they are still in good condition. ?

I've been shopping here for years and I finally brought my best friend who is also blessed with a large chest to finally get her some proper bras, and we had the BEST time!!!! I am so happy I brought her! Randi was an angel and took care of us, we were there for probably almost 2 hours trying on tons of bras! We are also both plus size and felt super comfortable, and didn't feel any kind of bias towards us at all! The sizes for the bras are also absolutely amazing, we both found 5 bras each that fit us perfectly. And weeks later we've been wearing them daily and have only good things to report! They are all super comfy 🙂 I highly recommend this shop to anyone, regardless of breast size. Unfortunately shops like Victorias secret or lasenza will charge you the same price for 1/3 of the quality, Bra Boutique is a much better investment! I can guarantee you'll be happy with the service and products here.
