I recently came here looking for a gift for my mom and my experience was great! The owner Connie was very down to earth and helpful! The clothes are size inclusive, stylish, and good quality. I can honestly say mom loved all the pieces I got her. I’m glad I could make her feel special! Will definitely be returning!

My daughter ordered my birthday gift from this company weeks ago and we have not received the order nor has anything been officially shipped. The people giving good reviews must be her friends because nobody should have to go through so much trouble just to get order. If the boutique don’t have the clothes on hand, be honest and say that. Don’t leave people hanging and waiting weeks just for legit tracking information. I still don’t have by birthday gift that my child ordered in plenty time before my birthday last Friday.

I love this place!!! I have ordered online and shopped in person at this lovely boutique the owner is wonderful. The quality of the clothing is amazing. I disagree with all the negative reviews that are left behind. I can only imagine all the orders this boutique receive all around the world and on top of that having a store front so its like she can post a certain amount of items online but that same number of items are on hand in store so if I was to order an item online and someone buys it in store all I can do is wait and be patient at least the owner will reach out to you and let you know what’s going on. Also we gotta remember with everything going on in the world the postal service is backed up. So everyone is trying to do there best and I have no complaints about any of it…

The clothes are rather trendy and fairly priced despite many boutiques selling the same merchandise nowadays. My first order was placed a few months ago and I had a slight issue with the shipping in which the other rectified after notification. I placed an order on November 26th in which there was a Black Friday sale, all pants were half off. I ordered 3 pants and 1 shirt. I received my merchandise in within a few days but I was missing a pair of pants, the pants I wanted the most. I didn’t sweat I just emailed the boutique and sent a direct message via Instagram. To this day, I have not received a response, follow-up, my missing item or even a refund. I have sent about 5 professional messages, only to have my messages “seen” but not addressed. I’m highly disappointed at the lack of communication and professionalism that I have experienced thus far. Buyers beware: Order at your own risk-unless you live in California and is able to visit the boutique!

This is my second time buying from her. The first time it was just the beginning of COVID so I figured that’s why the shipping was delayed. This time I ordered from January 8,22 and she didn’t make a shipping label until 3 weeks after and then she didn’t ship it off until yesterday not to mention I paid for extra shipping. After I emailed her and call her by the way she never answered trying explain that I am going out of town on the 28 and I need the items. When I purchased the items all of them were in stock and now I come home looking for my package I only see the breast tape… she never called or emailed to say she was out of stock she wrote it on the label. She is very unprofessional and I would never ever shop here again. Whether we are first time buyers or your regular clients money is money and you should never do your customers like that because we came to support you as a black business owner. Very disappointed……

I have purchased many times via shipping and in person. Yes I have experienced some of the challenges in communication and and some items not being received. However once communication was established and concerns received I either received a refund ,given something for inconvenience, or received merchandise. The owner is absolutely wonderful. So regardless of whether there was a glitch or a snag I was satisfied with the outcome.

I initially placed orders on 5/13/21 and 5/14/21, was sent confirmation email for 3 day shipping. After 3 days with no follow up shipment email, I emailed the boutique, the owner, and called the store. No success. I posted a review on here after waiting on a reply for days, then I got a reply from the owner. She sent me texts with pre-shipment label created and tracking info last week. So, I deleted my original bad review. Still, the orders can’t be tracked because they haven’t been shipped almost 2 weeks later, only a shipment label created. I’ve used Instagram boutiques for years and this boutique is the only one I’ve ever had issues with receiving my merchandise after weeks. No response to cordial emails, but she will respond to reviews like she works hard to get her orders out and blah blah blah. Please save yourself the hassle. The clothes look nice, but customer service and business integrity is the worst. I have a small business and I would never conduct my business in the manner to which I’ve been treated with this company. Please avoid putting yourself through the same hassles.
