Bojangles lived up to the hype. Tenders had a bit of a kick. Biscuits were soft and fresh, dripping some honey on them takes them to the next level. CFA lemonade was my favorite until I had this one from Bojangles. The staff was super nice, surprisingly nice for a fast food restaurant. We will definitely keep it in our fast food rotation. As my wife described “the tenders are big like Cane’s but have the crisp and spice of Popeye’s”

12.5.24: Friendly staff. Once name was called and walked to the counter, they followed me to our seat with the tray. Tenders had a great crunch and very tender. They have a very slight heat to them but great taste. Mac & cheese was barely ok. Fries had good flavor, but were not hot. Just lukewarm unfortunately. Good selection of dips. Blueberry biscuits with icing wre awesome. Tried the peach cobbler and it is a no-go. Biscuit on bottom with very little cobbler stuff on top. All in all mostly great experience. Recommended!

THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING , forgot our fries twice and this time the fries and biscuits. And why is my coleslaw half empty, no sauce on it, dry cabbage and two days old and sour? So disappointed.
Don’t make the same mistake as my spouse who doesn’t check the bag while he’s there. So always check your order before you drive off, especially if you live 30 minutes away like we do.

On our way back to Houston today my family and I stopped in to this Bojangles. First, I had not been in a Bojangles in years so I was super excited to go. I am from the East Coast and always love their food, and great service. This Bojangles did not disappoint. Although I was really looking forward to some bone in chicken, the staff, including the manager Connie, told me I would not be disappointed at all. The flavor is still the same and I would not notice any major differences, except that it’s boneless. I smiled and said OK I’ll give it a try. Well, they were right. The chicken tenders were very very good, full of flavor and my family and I enjoyed them. The Bo rounds were excellent not to mention the Bo Berry biscuits. All of the team members that were working were super friendly. The team member by the name of Key went out of her way to make sure we received amazing service. A gentleman whom I believe may have been the regional manager on a store visit came over and spoke to us just before he left. He was super nice and also very informative. He gave us some dates that Bojangles would be opening in the Houston market so we can look forward to that. I just retired a couple of months ago from being a manager for Target for almost 28 years and I know service when I see it. This team was great and I do not want to leave out the young lady that was making the biscuits, she came out and personally gave us our to-go Bo berry orders that we had place and told us it was made with love. So keep doing what you’re doing. It’s working!

To make a long story long.. ? you thought I was gonna say short? Nope! I give honor when honor is due and Bo you were Jangling today hunny!? The picture was a sneak peek for my Snapchat incase y'all are wondering why I didn't get the whole shabang. But it was Hot, Fresh and Customer Service was on point and let me say this.. BO! That secret sauce is the booooomb you see I ate it all! All of it was good. Don't forget the honey and hot sauce boo? I'll be back with the family!

Tots were overcooked or re-cooked and full of grease and hard. The biscuit was thin and breaking up, and the chicken was so so so. I waited 20 minutes for this in the drive-thru waiting parking, I had time to go in and use the restroom, and still no food.

My friend and I visited Bojangles the first week that it was opened so Grace is definitely given for our time there. My only complaint was that my food was a little cold but…it was very flavorful. The staff was very attentive. They checked on us multiple times while we’re there and it was genuine concern as to whether or not we were being taken care of. I would also say that the location doesn’t offer bone in chicken. I was a little sad about that because that’s what I was expecting. Nevertheless, I had a great meal with a great friend. I failed to write this review, the day of and now I can’t remember the young man’s name that was there but every store needs someone like him. He is the heart of that location and kept things running smoothly. The blueberry biscuits were? and the chicken was crunchy! Perfection! I wasn’t s fan of the Mac n cheese. It was just ok.

Bojangles takes the top spot as far as fast food chicken after my recent experiences! The best chicken biscuits I've ever had, although this visit, I tried their lunch for the first time, and it didn't disappoint! The chicken tenders came bigger than I expected, which is a plus, fries were well seasoned, biscuit was nice and buttery, & the bo-berry biscuits were really good. Tenders are really crispy and taste great.

Only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't serve bone-in chicken, which is what I really wanted to try (Bojangles hometown restaurant does). Customer service was friendly I should add.
