Jerome is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. We had a challenging space to decorate and he put together a full design to guide us. We went over several options and budgets and he guided us patiently and proactively through it all. The space is going to look amazing with this high quality, beautiful furniture.

Horrible sales team at Merrick Park. Horrible communication. Sold a product and guaranteed by certain date (I ordered a bed that I needed to arrive before the birth of my child). Then didn’t fulfill by promised date and used “technicality” on sales receipt that there is no refund. When called to question they gave an insane amount of attitude. I told them I needed a bed in my newborns room and they said it wasn’t their problem and there’s nothing they could do. Seriously a horrible group of working individuals at the merrick park location.

I purchased an amazing leather sofa from Jerome T. The collection is called Zurich. The service I got from Jerome and team was amazing. These sofas are not cheap. There were no pushy sales tactics, just honest dialogue about the quality of the product I am buying and what I am getting for my money. Highly recommend Boconcept and working with Jerome!

DON'T BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLAN WITH GUARDSMAN. IT'S A SCAM!

They are the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever dealt with. I submitted a claim, and they never bothered to get back to me. I followed up four times, and every single time, they claimed they needed another piece of evidence. They’re just procrastinating and refusing to address my request. I am taking legal action against them.

This has been the poorest customer service i have encountered in miami. Not only delays but table was deluevred with screatch and took almost one year to get replacement for several reasons. Once delivered my tenant did not see anew scratch on table and now company is stating they are not responable and we are stuck with damage table. Never again as not only is expensive but really really bad customer service.
And also do not even bother to deal with any of the salespeople they only want to sell.
NEVER AGAIN!!
