My car broke down right after Christmas. I called AAA, and they hooked me up with a towing company...or so I thought. The driver got diverted to an accident, and dumped me back to AAA, but didn't bother to tell me. I finally called AAA again and they got me set up with Bo Dot, instead. I believe the driver's name was Russell, and he was so kind. He tried to ascertain the problem for me, hoping to spare me the tow & repair bill. He was unfortunately unable to do so, hooked up my car and drove us both to the mechanic. He let me sit in the warm truck while he dealt with the mechanic & gave them my keys. I was very worried because I wasn't sure how I was going to get home, but Russell made sure I was safely home. He was definitely a rainbow at the end of a long, cold day of sitting in my car alone for several hours. I absolutely recommend Bo Dot and this kind man.

I called before 7am and had locked my keys in my running car. The person answering the phone was friendly and offered prompt service. Within an hour of my call someone showed up and made quick work of getting my car open. I'm very happy with the service provided and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Bo Dot

Janelle is the best! I haven’t seen such a hard working woman in a long time and she’s one of the best. I was given a great price, it didn’t take long to have my vehicle picked up and she took every precaution to make sure that my vehicle was safe and secure for the transition from my room to the shop.

If zero stars were an option I would put zero. Worst tow company I have ever encountered. I needed a tow since my car wouldn’t start. After they told me that it would take 30 minutes to pick it up it took them over 3 1/2 hours to bring my car. After calling them about 2 hours of waiting Janelle told me that they were just loading up my car and that my car started right up. I told her since you guys got it to start I wouldn’t want it towed anymore and they insisted on towing it since they had already hooked it up. I told them repeatedly not to tow my car but they said they were going to do it anyways. After 3 1/2 hours they texted me telling me to meet them at a gas station. When I arrived Janelle was passed out on the driver seat. Her and her partner John appeared to be high as a kite. I had to call the cops since they weren’t wanting to work some type of deal out with me and didn’t want to give me my car back. My fiancé was also towed with her in the car when they had already dropped it and retrieved it. If you want a tow don’t go with these people they’re out of their minds. They’re also with a company called XLNT automotive which is a corrupt business in central Oregon that are known for damaging people’s cars and not giving them there cars back. I am a Former Driver for Bo Dot towing. I definitely recommend them for any type of Road Side Assistance!. The owner “Janelle” Takes very good care of her drivers, safety equipment and her Trucks. Bo Dot is also one of only tow companies in Central Oregon that Actually offers 24/7 Roadside Assistance.

We broke down and John Pearson picked us up. He was by far the BEST tow truck driver I have ever interacted with. He was incredibly kind and funny. My sister and I felt at ease and will ONLY ever reach out to him if we ever need a tow again. If you need a tow make sure you ask for John!!!! He was the best!! The man deserves a fat raise for doing such a great job!! Thanks again John!!!

Miguel was so professional. My family and I were stranded on the side of the freeway waiting to get my rental car towed. I was going to have to find my own ride to the car rental place after my car was towed, and I was very anxious considering I had my granddaughter and son with me and we were already sitting there for over 3 hours. He mentioned he could pick up the other rental car and bring to us so we wouldn't have to make any extra stops and stress me out. He brought our car, and got me back on the road within 5 mins of his arrival. Thank you for helping my family and I, and getting us back on the road quick as possible!!
