I used to love shopping from this boutique, but their customer service has gone down hill drastically. If I had a problem with an order they'd get back to me within day or two. This last order they only fulfilled part of my order. I've emailed, called, and commented on posts on Facebook (while they're making posts) and no one has gotten back with me. Next I'm about to file a fraud claim with the bank and report them to Better Business Bureau hopefully I'll get my money back.

I love buying my clothes from boutiques. I’ve tried a few different online boutiques, and have had some horrible results. Blue Layne is the only one that I’ve never had an issue with. The clothes are super cute and fit perfectly, and super comfy. I love that they have a variety of styles and color options. My favorite shirt so far is the Henley shirts, super cute, super comfy, fits perfectly! I can’t tell you how the return policy is, because I’ve never had to return anything. I also, really like the restock alert option, alerting you when something has been restocked so you can buy it! I highly recommend Blue Layne, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a blue layne shopper for a while! Back on Nov 19th I placed an order. I never received an update of my order being shipped so I emailed them Dec 6th asking about my order. I got an email on Dec 7th the following day by Brandy saying they were sorry they couldn’t fulfill my order cause they sold more of the jeans I ordered so asked if I wanted store credit or a refund. I asked for a refund. They processed my refund but most of my purchase was on a blue layne gift card they have yet to refund. I’ve emailed them NUMEROUS times and have yet to hear back from them. So disappointing, I’m owed $60.84 back on an GC and no one will reply or refund what is owed. I’ve given them business for 2 years. It’s unfortunate to be dealing with this. Not sure what has happened with their customer service.

Love Blue Layne Boutique! Their clothes are adorable. I buy all of my jeans from them because they have the cutest styles that cannot be found anywhere else. Plus any time I have ever had any kind of an issue with sizing they have always helped to either suggest the correct sizing or allowed me to return for a store credit. Sam and her team truly care about the customers and I love being able to support local small businesses.

Absolutely love this boutique! They have a great variety of stylish clothes. They are a go to for jeans, tops, dresses, etc. Their customer service is exceptional! Whenever I place an order, it ships out within the next business day and I receive it in about 2-3 business days. Shop with them! You won't regret it.

I have been shopping at this boutique for years and I have never once had a bad experience. Every item I have received has been very high quality and lasted a long time. I've had a sizing issue and it was very easy to return and their customer service is great, from the owner to all the other employees they have always been kind and helpful. Their items are shipped out quick, easy to track and have nice packaging protecting all of your items. One of my favorite parts of their boutique as someone who worries about sizing is that their sizing is consistent, states model sizing for comparison, as well as gives sizing recommendations that are always accurate. I highly recommend this boutique to everyone!

I have not personally bought from Blue Layne Boutique yet. I am usually a "window shopper" for awhile when I discover a new boutique. What I can say is this boutique is very active with their customers and community. They are also really good at sharing information about all of their product! I give a 4 because I have not yet made a purchase with them, but I am excited to give them a try soon!
