I purchased a Louis Vuitton mini backpack during Christmas of 2023, not even two months after I purchased the purse started falling apart. I paid $2500 for the bag and I sent pictures to the company multiple times and they did not respond. Mind you, this bag when it’s on LV website is much less expensive, so I paid a premium since it wasn’t being sold at that time. The zipper has now come away from the seams, and the strap is falling apart. After spending this much, had to spend $500 dollars to get this repaired. Shame on the company for not being responsive and trying to help whenever I paid over cost for that bag! Very dishonest!

Quality of service is very inconsistent - I was made a cash offer on my bag (which they increased after I said I would think about it) and three days later I told them I would be dropping in to sell it. They then decide that they are no longer going to purchase the bag without any reason. There are plenty of competitors, some of which are on the same street who will offer very competitive prices, are reliable and would never go back on an offer. Not sure I will even bother contacting Bella Ling for quotes in the future if they can't keep them. The only reason this rating is three stars is because I have happily purchased products from them before - just very unlikely to sell with them.

Absolutely fantastic, genuine and friendly service with great communication. I have purchased several items and every time I was super satisfied. Products are genuine and in very well condition.
