Associate was friendly, there just wasn't very many skirts to choose from especially in khaki / taupe colors and only 1 style in the blue jean skirt.
Need more of the longer skirts, like below the knee length!
Mini skirts or above the knee skirts are not always appropriate!

I drove over an hour to return an item because Nacogdoches belk was the closest one to me. I will not return to this store. Rockwall belk is amazing compared to this one. No associate greeted me, the store is a wreck and dirty, plus size is in the far back corner with no variety and looks like they all forgot about that section. I tried to return an item without a receipt but it was charged on my belk card within 30 days so she could look it up and put it back on the card. She tried to tell me 5 times that she could do the lowest price right now. I finally got through to her and she actually looked it up on my card and put it back on. I worked retail for a long time and this place needs a lot of help.

They have a good selection of clothes and one of the only clothing stores left in Nacogdoches. Shop them so we don’t lose this one too.

I love our BELK store in Nacogdoches. They are always friendly and so helpful. Their prices with coupons are wonderful and I can always find something in there for family members and friends! Thank you, BELK, for offering wonderful makeup at reasonable prices and quality clothing. We hope you keep Nacogdoches for one of your addresses!

Shopping at Belks and was looking for a particular fragrance by Coach. I was waited on by an employee named Mia. Great customer service from this young lady. They did not have the fragrance I wanted but she took time to look it up and showed me how to order it on line. I will be doing more shopping at this store just because of this young lady’s kind and generous customer service.

Similar to kohls. Seemed to have a better selection than Kohls. Wife highly recommends
