I was looking for a bra fitting as I have lost a lot of weight recently and needed new, properly fitting bras. I scheduled a fitting online. The shop is beautiful and there were many bra options. I met with Theresa and explained my situation. If you have never had a proper bra fitting it is a very personal experience much more than a quick measurement. The experience could be uncomfortable if you are shy but do not let that stop you. The fit and options are so important to understand and will make you look and feel so much better. Theresa was great and wanted to make sure I was clear with how a bra fitting worked. She brought in several options and explained to me the benefits of each type of bra. I typically wore a t-shirt bra and Theresa explained why I might try other types of bras for better support and a nicer look. I am so glad she did so. I ended up with two bras that I would probably never have tried. The fit is very supportive and they are both comfortable. I also got a sports bra which actually looks great and does not give me uniboob! If you have never had a proper bra fitting, or if it has been a while since you had one, then go to Bambolina’s. You will leave looking better and feeling much more comfortable. I will be back as I continue to lose weight and beyond.

Stopped in today to find my wife something sexy for a special occasion and was treated as if I didn’t belong. I thought it would be pretty cool for a male to walk into a lingerie boutique. My initial thought was that I would receive quality service and an expertise you wouldn’t get from a traditional department store. Boy was I wrong!

The representative that greeted me was not welcoming at all and was rude while frowning. So I walked out!!! Check the video!!!

So much for local business, this was an experience I definitely didn’t expect.

Your comment is so far from the truth. I didn’t say one word to your associate. I didn’t have a chance, I didn’t like the way she looked at me and I didn’t appreciate the way she greeted me. So I walked out immediately.

My brief visit was an accurate assessment and the terrible service was the reason why. I guess your video has audio, so sad that this comment would be your line of defense. Also, how does being on a call cause a problem for you? Obviously you don’t get it. Accountability and transparency is not a reality for this place. Sad!!!

There's More to the Story

Beautiful store it feels luxurious. I purchased a gift and it was fun to select excellent quality and yet affordable. The service was good I did not have a fitting nor an appointment , yet I was greeted and offered proper assistance and left to shop at my leisure. I look forward to returning to shop for myself.
