Probablement la meilleure soupe Pho que j'ai pu manger, rien à redire sur la nourriture. Mon conseil : prenez des Banh Mi à emporter en partant car ce sont les meilleurs de la région ! Le service est moyen car ils ne comprennent pas ce que vous dites et j'ai eu droit à un verre d'eau ( gratuit) mais avec du riz dedans ! À part cet incident, je recommande quand même l'endroit.

I ate here once about 30 years ago. I returned today with my daughter. The food was fantastic. It was extremely busy, but they have a good system worked out where I was able to wait in my car, and they texted me when they were ready with our table. I ordered the tendon Pho, which was HUGE, and it was served with an awesome beef rib that fell off the bone. The flavor was very traditional. The place was crowded with pho loving people of all races. This will be one of my new happy places. I loved the experience, and I highly recommend it.

Very busy and lively place!!! Got the combination pho, bun bo hue, and grilled pork vermicelli along with 3 pate chauds.
The pate chaud was good but I wish the meat was more. It was a very tiny portion of meat for the ratio of pastry. But the outer shell was perfectly springy and crispy.
The combination pho was great and it gives a lot of protein which I love. I got a regular bowl.
Bun bo hue is good but I've had better in garland.
The grilled pork vermicelli was good but I wish it gave some more pork but the flavoring of the pork was great.
They also see banh mi at a great price and their breads are soft but flaky. I love buying a combination of cha sandwich.
Also got their che dessert drink which is good but not overly sweet!
Their Vietnamese coffee I'm not the biggest fan of. It seems like they put too much vanilla or something. Their fresh squeezed sugar cane juice is good but I prefer it without the orange!!

We walked in during lunch time on Friday. They weee pretty busy but we got seated promptly. The restaurant was clean. I saw staffs quickly cleaned up tables after customers left. They serve pretty good and authentic banh mi and Pho imo. I really wanted to try their porridge bowl but it was sold out that day. The Pho bowl looked amazing when the server brought out to our table. We got the XL size I believed . Pho broth was very flavorful, meat was tender and veggies were fresh. I liked the banh mi crust a lot. Wished it had more filling tho.
Service was fast and efficient. I also bought a few pounds of pork floss and couple desserts to go. I”ll definitely come back when visiting Dallas.

Very disappointed. I understand you are busy. But being busy is no excuse to be sloppy or perfunctory. If you don't have enough staff you can hire more people. No need to overwork the waiters and make them look tired and unhappy all the time.
I waited at least 20 minutes and still couldn't get a seat so I decided to order to go, that lady was kind of rush me, when I finally got my food and take it to my car. I wanted to check if everything was there. It turns out the soup was not warm at all literally to cold temperature , you could clearly see a thick layer of oil still solidified in the plastic bucket.The noodles are all clumped together ...... How do you expect me to eat raw meat in lukewarm soup?

So far this is the closest "real deal" I've had to actually findng authentic Vietnamese food in TX.
The broth was amazing and full of flavors. After adding my spicy concoction, it was perfect. The bowls are huge and a nice mix of noodles and meat.
This time I got the boBun Bo Hue which was spot on.
The place is clean, with some local Vietnamese folks also enjoying it there.. so you know it's good and authentic.
Service was really fast, and she was nice.
Worth the price for the huge bowl, and I had plenty of broth left for round 2 at home.

Bun bo hue - so freaking good. Top place for me. Pho: top three places for me in DFW. Avocado (real fruit) is delicious. They close at 7pm everyday so get there early!

Very very good banh my, pho, Vietnamese coffee and sugar cane drinks. We always make sure to visit this place at least a few times whenever we visit Arlington. Highly recommend!
