By far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I placed an order for a dress and drove 40 minutes to pick it up, only to find out that the associate had missed my order request. I overheard them say, ‘I must have missed this one,’ which explained why my order wasn’t set aside. The associate admitted she had seen the dress on the floor the previous night, but because it wasn’t picked out, someone else bought it. I ordered the dress before the store opened, and now it’s no longer available. To make matters worse, no other location has the dress I wanted. Extremely disappointed with the service here.

Well, I went in the other day, trying to find something to go with a pair of pants that I bought there. Basically, the girl was too busy folding things to help me look for something, and I felt very dismissed by her. She didn’t like show me anything that I might be able to Weir or point me in the direction where I was looking for certain things Anyway I thought she had an attitude and although I’ve had good experiences there before this time was not the best.

They offer a wide variety of clothes, including t-shirts and women's tops, but it's worth noting that their items tend to be on the expensive side. The quality of their clothing is excellent, and their designs are created by well-known designers, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and style. The store itself is quite spacious and offers a diverse range of options. However, you mentioned that there were limited color options, with the majority leaning towards neutral colors.

The salespeople are extremely helpful. I needed some new clothes after losing some items while traveling and everyone was extremely helpful and picked some amazing pieces for me that I never would have thought to try on. Yes it’s annoying that there are no mirrors in the fitting rooms but I personally don’t care if people are looking at me.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I had alot of items to try on with no issues and I did have to leave but they held my items with no issue. I returned and try on more. I spent $470 on 5 items that I absolutely adore! I fully believe in quality over quantity. The team was super helpful! Oh also the store has the BEST playlist I’ve heard in a while. They have one on Spotify but it’s not the same. I LOVED the one in store! 10/10

I absolutely love the clothing selection here but a major con I had with this place was that the dressing rooms didn't have mirrors inside of them. This meant I had to walk out into the shared sitting area to see the clothes on my body. As someone that doesn't feel confident in everything I try on, this was a major turn off. I love shopping but I like the option to try-on in private and not have to feel self conscious in front of other people. Let's face it, we've all grabbed something we thought would look great but once we tried it on, it looked so terrible on our body shape! I hated having to find out what looked bad on my body in front of others. I hope they get mirrors put in the dressing rooms because I truly loved the clothing selection and I ended up purchasing a couple of things.

I had a wonderful time trying on clothes at this brand-new Aritzia store! Even as a visibly transgender person, the sales associates were extremely friendly to me. All of the sales associates seemed to have a wonderful, upbeat attitude that made shopping here very fun.

I bought both of the pants depicted in these photos (the shirt was mine), and felt very satisfied with my purchase.

It’s Aritzia, so as a heads-up, if you’ve never been to one of their stores, the fitting rooms don’t have mirrors inside of them. Fortunately I don’t mind this, since I’m already used to exiting my fitting room for style assistance (and in other stores, larger mirrors), plus I find it fun to come out from behind the curtains.

Website says open until 7 but they closed at 6 apparently. Drove 30 min to get there.
