My experience at the Pickering location was beyond horrible especially with a Store Manager Anna. Anna was unprofessional, rude, & had a no care attitude. She is unable to solve a problem in a professional manner. To make a long story short I had an issue with “Leg Avenue Stay Ups” not staying up & of course I would have liked an exchange or even a store credit. Neither was provided for a damaged good. Anna wouldn’t even look at the item & even at one point indicated that I tampered with it since it’s never happened before. Now, let me remind you this was a store manager I was speaking too. Very rude & unprofessional. Numerous times she rolled her eyes & didn’t even take the necessary time to tell me my options. Anna did absolutely nothing for this defective item & even laughed with one of her staff members when I left the Store. Way to go Anna for your Managerial Skills. My husband & I will definitely be having the last laugh & will no longer shop at any of your locations. Don’t you realize there is competition out there

Terrible experience this place is a SCAM.

Me and my partner asked the sales person for help as we knew nothing about the product (Tall black lady with short hair) she pushed us to buy the more expensive product without mentioning the sizes possibly not fitting or comparing the sizes WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON A TOY.

They refused to give us a refund or exchange even a store credit as they tried to blame us for not knowing about the product BUT THATS WHY WE ASKED FOR HELP.

This is terrible customer service, we spent over $100 on the product that we cannot use, this company does not care about their customers what so ever as they did nothing help or find a solution.

Maybe educate your sales associates more about the products because this all could of been avoided if she had told us the other brand we were looking at (CAL EXOTICS) had a stretchier material that fits easier - which is what we were told when we called head office regarding this issue.

So the staff, they were super helpful. They definitely get a higher review than 2 so good job to the hard working staff there, but the rating is for head office and their policies. The website, which is there OWN website had an item $60 cheaper than in the store, but they have told the employees that they aren't allowed to match the price in which THEIR own COMPANY has online. I think its outrageous that we had to purchase an item online while looking directly at it in the store because head office has told the store level they can't price match their own website. I would understand if I wanted to price match a different adult store, but when its their own website, it makes 0 sense.

Overpriced by a LOT. Wound up looking up reviews on some purchases and found the same items I bought for half the price at Pink Cherry. We got ripped off by almost 150 bucks. Made me ill. The staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean. I just was shocked I paid 120 plus tax for items that were under 50 elsewhere.

Received products that did not work ?. Will not be shopping here again. Edit update "something doesn't add up" yeah obviously the person that was supposed to quality check the item did not. Accountability is clearly lacking. This store is a huge red flag. DO NOT SHOP HERE, WASTE OF MONEY.

STEER AWAY BROS! Overcharged, completley deffective items, fat shaming!!! I cant believe this at all. I literally bought something for $95 and at spencers gifts it was $50 I've never seen such a horrible business operate so poorly. I am so nauseaous right now

Always have a pleasant time while I’m here, it’s a comfortable atmosphere and the staff leave u to do ur thing. Honestly if you want a store just for browsing this is the place to go, then when you’re comfortable ask questions cause they have great answers! Will keep returning here

This store itself is beautiful and has a great selection and variety of items. However the low rating is due to the terrible customer service. It was 4:45pm (15 minutes to closing on a Sunday) and we were told “we’re actually closed, like now”. Although there were atleast 7-10 others customers roaming the store. From start to end it was bad customer service all around and 2 employees who just looked like they couldn’t wait to leave! What a shame because like I said they have very nice items and it was Valentine’s Day weekend and we were looking to make a lot of purchases that we had already saw on the website but wanted to see in person. Would not shop here again.
