Heidi in the Braehead Glasgow branch of Ann Summers was a gem. I went in embarrassed and near crying that after breast feeding 4 babies my boobs were saggy and nothing would look decent on me to walking out with 10 lingerie sets I feel amazing in! I was previously wearing the completely wrong size and Heidi sussed it immediately. Heidi displayed the highest level of professionalism whilst simultaneously making me feel at ease by accommodating my quirky personality. We will definitely be back next year! Thank-you Heidi. xXx

Myself and three friends came in for a bra fitting. We all had assistance from June. Let me tell you that the lovely June is definitely in the correct job. We all had jumpers on and she brought bras for us to try and got the sizes spot on. There was a sale on while we were in so ended up buying multiple items each. Store does blue light discount for full price items as well which is excellent. Would highly recommend for those with lady parts. 🙂

Went in to treat myself to some new underwear and had a brilliant experience. June was really helpful, bubbly and funny and made me relax and enjoy the experience. She made sure I had a proper fitting bra (I’ve never been fitted before and seems I’ve been doing my 32C’s a disservice!)

Heidi was on hand grabbing other sizes and styles and was also brilliant.

The whole experience was so much fun and enjoyable and empowering - credit to June and Heidi for making women feel REAL!

I’ll be back… thank you girls and AS for creating sexy lingeries too!

Me and my friend were in this store today and the girl that works there went out her way for us I had to go back into the store later on that day and they had ran out of a certain size she called other stores trying her best to make sure I got what I needed she is a credit to the store totally made my day

Came in today (18/02/2024 around morning time) to try on an item of clothing with my boyfriend, he waited outside the changing room on the shop floor I shouted on him to come in as I was unsure of the item before he even stepped foot into the changing room the staff member with pink hair basically barked and raised her voice at him to "get out as there was another Female in the changing room", what did she expect me to do walk out naked onto the shop floor it wasn't posted anywhere that males accompanying female shoppers weren't aloud in, this is a complete 180 from the excellent service I received over a year ago in the same store my boyfriend was aloud to come in and treated with respect unlike today. From reading other reviews I can see there are issues with this staff member so glad to know its not just a personal attack and just poor customer service.

Had an excellent experience today as a plus size bra byer with Heidi - she assisted me with finding the correct bra size and was also able to suggest the style of bra that would suit me. Very friendly and cheerful- will definitely be back!
