Was in shop today with my daughter, who was looking for nice lingerie sets (I was dubious that we would find anything to fit, as she is a fuller figured young lady and I know she finds it difficult to get what she's looking for).

However, great customer service from Skye and Doug, from the get go.

Very patient and knowledgeable about their products and very attentive to my daughter.

I was unaware that Anne Summers stocked up to an H cup in bras, as it's not a shop I'm often in, but will be going back in to try some on for myself, as today was about my daughter. I'm 50, been to a few Anne Summers parties back in the day, and bought the token 'pair of knickers', but honestly the range of bra sizes was great, much better than I remember, (think the biggest back size was 44 too so great for all shapes and sizes) .

Lovely lingerie sets and reasonable prices, I loved the shop, set out very well. (There is clearly an area that has all sorts of 'toys', but this is set in it's own wee area and can be avoided if it's not your thing and your just looking for nice lingerie).

Skye spent time with my daughter fitting her to the right size etc. An experience that my daughter found most helpful.

Well done guys you made a potentially negative shopping experience into a very pleasant one, with my 20 year old daughter leaving with her purchases, feeling very body positive and delighted with her lovely lingerie.

I came in today looking for a new toy. I was approached by Sophie who helped advise me on what would suit my needs best. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about the toys and was open to asking all my questions. I usually have a good experience in store but Sophie went above and beyond today

I am Now a regular in this store since it opened as its so friendly and they make you feel welcome and they are all very knowledgeable on the items Kelly is super nice and friendly Louise was amazing also with information on products will back next week recommend to anyone
