Ordered skates online and I LOVE them!! Had to go in to pick them up. This store is earthy, modern, chic. Staff was cool and allowed me to sway colors due to my indecisiveness and need for smaller size. Skating all up and through my house on these tile floors!

Line was extremely long, which was fine, but I felt our service at the check-out desk was rushed and borderline rude. Changing room was beautiful! Lots of clearance items

Not inclusive to pre-teen girls bodies which is unfortunate because pre teen girls are drawn to this store. It's a beautiful store and the suede boots are my favorite shoes, but I worry it can impact my daughter's confidence when most of the tops and dresses are limited to a particular chest size.

This store is big and has amazing workers! Kristen was super helpful in informing us on the sales happening, super friendly, and caring of customers. Will definitely go in store again to shop instead of just online.

Very good happy hour. Blue frozen drink for 5 bucks can't be beat! The happy hour nacho was well worth it. I usually don't like melted cheese but it was a good quality. I wasn't a fan of the cheese enchiladas. Lots of green sauce.

i love how pretty the store is but i am really disappointed in the service:( i came in 8 days ago and was paying out and the girl asked me for my email so i gave it to her and then she asked for my phone number and i asked her what it was for and she then proceeded to tell me it was for creating an altars state account. i told her i did not want to make one and so she cancelled the process and checked me out. i was very weirded out by the fact that they were trying to get my information to make an account with them without letting me know that that’s what they were doing. i ended up not wanting the dress so yesterday i came to return it and the girl asked me for my email, i told her i didn’t have an account and wasn’t interested, she goes on to ask for my phone number and i told her i was not interested in signing up for an account so she told me to click the “x” button. she stared at the screen for a bit and then asked me for my first and last name and so i told her and then i asked what it was for and she said it was for an account. i was so tired of this whole situation i just stood there. she proceeded to tell me in order to do a return i “HAD” to have an account with them. i looked it up and i do not have to have an account with altard state in order to do a return as long as i have the receipt and the card i used.(which i had) so i am over all really upset on how they disrespect a customer’s “no” and how they go behind the customers back just for their own benefit or the company’s benefit.

I went shopping at this location today for a dress for my baby shower with my husband and mother. I have found most of my special occasion dresses at this store before with my husband in attendance to help me decide. Today when I went into the dressing room with my mom and husband sitting outside on some chair the employee informed us my husband is not allowed inside. We were confused considering my husband has been there many times before. We have been shopping at this location for years. We told her he wasn’t coming into the dressing room with me he was just sitting in the waiting area with my mother. She told us that did not matter and policy said he is not allowed inside the waiting area at all. We left with nothing and will not be returning. If you are going to have a policy at least have it be consistent. We purchased a dress for a wedding we attended just a few months ago in July. Where he sat in the waiting area to help me decide on a dress.

honestly, i went shopping on a saturday (11/25). it was my first time going there, and i have to say, all the employees there are so friendly! i feel awful for not retaining her name, but this one employee who was in the fitting rooms was super sweet and even checked up to make sure i was doing alright. and when i went to pay in the registers for this cute dress, the cashier (diana) was extremely sweet. my card unfortunately declined so i had to pay in cash, and when her register didn’t seem to have enough change — she was super intent on giving me the right amount of change when it was just a few cents. i considered on telling her not to go through all that trouble, but she was so intent on it and it really was sweet to see that. clothes are definitely cute — but it’s the employees and excellent customer service there that def make me excited to come back.
