I am from a small town in Missouri and back in 2005 my mom and I flew to Arizona to see my moms sister , she always bought her bra's there so at that time I bought my first 2 bras there myself. since then I have called and had them shipped to my home. 2 months ago I called to order my bra's once again, this time I required a lil' help as I had talked a friend into giving Alice Rae's a try. I spoke with Stepanie and she walked me through how to measure her. She was such a huge help.This week my husband and I had to make a trip to Arizona as my Aunt's health is failing so I stopped in to meet Stephanie... What an AMAZING woman she is, I hope the owner knows what a gem she has in her... I couldn't get my bra's as they would have to order them, but I told her there was no rush just meeting Stephanie was enough for me...

If you're like me and you have a smaller rib size with an F Cup or more sized bust, or even something more specific, this is your place! My first visit here was phenomenal! They help you find your size, they can help you find bras based on your likes, and you can even score some good ones in their clearance section! I appreciate their custom sizes and customer service every time I visit. Its my top recommendation to anyone who needs specific sizes or even standard bras.

They need to change their website to appointments only. Went in today to restock my bras, and was turned away because, on a standard work day where the door didn't say anything about appointments and their web site didn't state mandatory appointments, I didn't have one. They also turned away another customer at the same time. Being an appointment only business is ok, but they need to post it and change the website. Though most of us don't make appointments to go and get a bra. Been shopping here exclusively for several years, guess I have to find a new place.

I have changed my rating to 5 stars after seeing the reply by Julia. Clearly she is on top of this. Not sure why Medicare didn’t have the claim listed with a reason for the rejection.

Had a very good experience with Stephanie (?spelling) in February. Paperwork was completed and was to be sent to Medicare for reimbursement. I received a notice from Medicare several months later that the claim for $966.00 was rejected because the “provider does not accept assignment”. When I contacted the store and eventually spoke with the owner when she returned from vacation a few weeks ago, I was assured that the claim had been resubmitted and I should shortly be receiving my check. When I checked the Medicare site today, there is no claim pending. I called the store and the owner, who is the only one who can help with this, won’t be available, by email until August 18, or, since I prefer to speak directly with her by telephone, on August 22. I’m beyond disappointed!

Never has a bra shopping experience been anywhere near pleasant but-yesterday I headed over to Alice Rae and Stephanie greeted me, and from there, gave me such amazing customer service. I bought 4 bras, but must have tried on 25 of them, she never once seemed anything but happy to help me. The atmosphere and merchandise are lovely but the staff are truly what made this an amazing experience for me. We laughed, we sang lol thank you Stephanie so much, I am delighted with my items. I should add, prior to coming in, I called and I don't know who I spoke to but she was lovely as well, assuring me that if I came in, I'd surely find something for my needs. This is my intimate apparel shop from now on, thank you!

I cannot say enough about Alice Rae!! They are absolutely amazing! I was very nervous not only to do a Boudoir shoot but also finding an outfit for the shoot, they were so amazing in helping me every step of the way! They brought ideas and style and helped me pick an outfit (or 2) that I absolutely love and feel so confident in! They also have great quality products in their store and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for!!
5 stars is not enough they need at least 10!

Christian was such a great help! I came in for my wedding corset so last minute but she made me feel so comfortable and she sized me right on the first try! Thank you Christian and Susan for getting me a good deal and being so sweet! I will definitely be back for some honeymoon gear.
